Read as Dee Dee Warren carefully outlines an alternate perspective, and you just might find yourself in agreement.Endorsements"A preterist commentary on the Olivet Discourse like this one has been needed for a long time now. It's high time someone blazed the trail!"-J.P. Holding, Founder of Tekton Education and Apologetics Ministries, and author of The Mormon Defenders, The Impossible Faith, Shattering the Christ Myth, Trusting the New Testament, and Blowing the Doors Off. "Dee Dee Warren has written a handy book on Christian Eschatology that will surely add to the continued debate on the so called, 'end times.' With her usual no-stone-unturned style, I recommend this book as it invites the reader to wrestle with Warren's conclusions. It also serves as a handy historical reference work with an abundance of material from early Christianity."-Samuel M. Frost, Th. M. (Whitefield Theological Seminary), and author of Why I Left Full Preterism. Dee Dee Warren is a veteran of online theology debates where she cut her teeth and honed the arguments found in this book. Having formerly believed and defended the dispensational futurist view of Bible prophecy believed by many modern Christians, she has come to the position that the majority of what evangelical churches teach on this subject is mistaken. She claims no degrees or specialized training, only a love for the Word and a zeal to find out what the Bible really means by what it says, which is a calling for all believers.

The author describes accurately the uncertainty new believers may feel as they explore their faith and try to make sense of the Bible's truths. How God used the author's frustrations to encourage his reading of the scriptures, to later help other believers, reveals that He will guide those who actively seek Him. This nonfiction book expounds on journeying through the Bible by studying areas of God's word where misguided, religious people will believe one interpretation, not realizing that it is not the right interpretation. It is clear that the author has read his Bible several times and spoken with people who have encouraged the wrong interpretations of scriptures. The author's pursuit to right the wrong teachings that readers have learned is to show that salvation comes from Jesus and God's grace, not from works. Blair TownleyEditor, Xulon Press
This is one nerdy, American writer's small collection of his poetry, short stories and essays. (See About Me section for more on him.) Why should you care to read them? Why does anyone care about poetry and other literature? Because it speaks to the deep and important parts of us that make us human. Because we live in an age where anyone with something worth saying can be heard; an age in which knowledge has increased, but what about wisdom along with it? It is the purpose of this primer to showcase the author's level of skill as a wordsmith, in the hope that it will communicate the truths of life, and of the Author of life, in creative, refreshing, informative, and inspiring new ways to anyone in the market for such a thing. Is that you? Read on, and find out for yourself. Thank you, for your time. -Sincerely, E. R. Davis
America has experienced a dramatic change in its culture over the past fifty years. America was a nation founded on Christian values. Coming out of the Great Depression and World War II, America not only survived but was strengthened by its faith. America had a reverence for God, respected the Christian Church, and acknowledged the Bible as a source of wisdom and truth. But the 1960s brought about a significant change in the attitude of Americans towards many things, including the Church and Biblical morality. As a result, America has come to a place today that looks vastly different than it did fifty years ago. America has lost its respect for the Church. America now values personal choice above God's Word. And America continues to try and remove its Christian heritage and values from its culture. America has turned away from God. So how can the Christian Church in America turn America back to God? It won't be by the ballot box or by legislating moral behavior. For Christians to turn America around we must become counter-cultural and focus our lives on being disciples of Jesus Christ. We are strangers and aliens in America and must remain in the world but not of the world. Only when Christians focus on being the Church, sharing the gospel, and making disciples of Jesus, can the Holy Spirit use us to turn our nation back to God.

Unforeseen calamity strikes. Our attitude plummets, or suddenly a harmless pastime becomes a destructive habit. Overwhelmed by the consequences of a broken world, we look for someone or something to blame, while the real enemy lurks inside. We are all victims of a fierce battle that wages within our hearts. Could it be that we've lost our true identity in Jesus, only to find ourselves in a state of spiritual isolation? Author Bill Balbach takes an aerial shot of David and Saul's journey, providing an intuitive glimpse into the inner difficulties we all face as we try to free ourselves from selfish ambition and to give the full authority of our lives to Jesus. It's time for us to be honest with the enemy that lurks within us all-sin-as we let go of our self-will and embrace God's powerful will through Jesus.

GIFT is a beautiful book of positive thinking made up of prose and verse which can produce an altered state of consciousness. One of intense believing. A happy place. A place of great inspiration and fearless freedom. At age 25 he wanted to inspire people and God hearing his desire took him on a 40 year journey to teach him all those lessons, this great motivator needed to know. At the beginning of his journey he experienced madness, when he was shoeless, freezing, starving, terrified and sleeping in a cardboard box behind some shops somewhere in South Australia. Slowly bit by bit God restored him and taught him to understand his fellowman. Gift was written because of a dream in which Paul Hunt the author had his uncle appear to him, urging him to write a book. Eventually he did and he says it was God that taught him how to write. I have known Clyde Gordon for over 30 years. The story of this great man that is unfurled in The Borrowed Years is one that will bring both joy and tears and challenge. His son, Paul Gordon, has done a superb job in weaving together the threads of his father's orphan years and his colorful ministry as a pastor and evangelist. Richard P. Oldham, Pastor, Glendale Baptist Church, Bowling Green, Kentucky I recommend The Borrowed Years, the life story of Clyde Gordon written by his son, Paul. One moment your heart will be rejoicing and the next moment tears will fill your eyes as you read this wonderful story of this great soldier of the cross. J. Harold Smith, Founder, Radio Bible Hour, Newport, Tennessee Clyde Gordon was one of my dearest friends since 1950. We pastored churches near each other; therefore, I observed his wonderful work up close. He was a dynamic pastor, personal soul winner, and preacher. The story of his life in The Borrowed Years is one of the most captivating I have ever read. John Maddox, retired pastor, Maumelle, Arkansas Paul Gordon has been a senior pastor for 32 years and has taught English, Bible, and writing on the high school and college levels for an additional 17 years. His last pastorate was the First Baptist Church of Apopka, Florida. He resides in Winter Garden, Florida. www.paulgordonbooks.com

Opal Singleton is President and CEO of Million Kids and Training and Outreach Coordinator for Riverside County Anti Human Trafficking Task Force. Opal trains thousands of government agencies, school administrators, corporations, civic groups and faith based organizations about how to prevent human trafficking. She sits with parents of missing kids and talks with teens who are being "Sextorted" with a naked photo. Sometimes the young people are coerced or forced into prostitution. This is human trafficking and it is the fastest growing crime in the U.S. Opal has recognized a disturbing trend. Each encounter with a stranger, every illicit photo represents an opportunity for exploitation. With advancing technology violence and sex can be portrayed in ways that parallel reality. The result is a generation of "Desensitized Teenagers". We are at a unique time in history. We have a generation of teens who have never NOT known the Internet and parents that are techno-phobic. Parents give kids devices that open the door to over a million predators that can influence a child's thinking on morality, spirituality and sexuality while they are competing for approval in a fantasy world. Apps, social media and online gaming allow ACCESS, GROOMING, RECRUITMENT AND EXPLOITATION of our young people by total strangers. This book is not just an Internet Safety program. It is a parent and grandparent empowerment tool. IT IS REAL. IT IS EYE OPENING. IT COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY.
