Why is there a lighthouse on the book cover? Stop and think a minute. A lighthouse warns all ships at sea of danger. It shines its light into the darkness through every stormy night crying, "Change your present course!" I wonder how many ships have avoided shipwreck because of some lighthouse on the shore? Have you ever thought that God's Word, the Bible, is a Lighthouse - shining out for the entire world to see the danger of continuing in its present course? Have you ever thought that God's Grace has provided us this Light so that we would avoid catastrophe and enjoy a successful voyage through Life? Wouldn't you have to say, "Isn't that good to know we have a reliable light to guide us?" Yet how few really know what this Word says. Fewer still believe that whatever is written in that Word is the Truth ... a firm foundation on which to stand in the face of increasing Storms of Life. In this book you will find 53 true stories of God's Grace extended to us Travelers through time and space. In each instance, we were protected from dangers of every sort - and each one points to Scriptures, which promised His provision. Why not jump in my boat and let's take off - out on the Sea of Life with the Master! Let Him chart our course, and see for yourself that His Word still controls the winds and waves that threaten to swamp our ships!
ABOUT THE AUTHORRobyn S. Brinkley is the mother of a twenty-two-year-old son whose green eyes and smile make her melt. What began as an initial quest to work in the legal field somehow developed into leading children and later adults as children's pastor and then administration pastor at one campus of a multi-site church. Her passion and purpose are to lead women into their significance in Christ. She hopes that what was born through this passion will become a movement. With each group that embraces Significance of a Princess Warrior she desires that at least one leader will arise and, upon gaining victory through the curriculum, that leader will then take the curriculum and lead a group herself, thus creating a movement through women of all walks of life. Now living in the green country of northeastern Oklahoma, Robyn was born and raised in the Colorado foothills. She enjoys the mountains but sun and water even more.
There never has been, or ever will be anything but the complete perfect harmony of wills between The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit, the God of the Bible, one God made up of three persons. No issue of wills here, but when it comes to man, we have a problem. Human history is a record of that problem, men's wills not in alignment with God's. Make no mistake, everything in this world centers around one of two alternatives, either God's will be done or man's will be done. Sadly, the misfortune of world history, every offense, deviation, and anxiety is evidence that God's will is not being done. Another will or a multiplicity of wills is active and working in the world we live. I had heard during my many years of church attendance and studying the Bible that "the template for the entire Bible is in Genesis 1-3." The thought was that if we do not get it right here, we will get it wrong everywhere else in the Bible and I agree. I'm still left with a problem, however. No one seems to be discussing the template and what it is specifically that we will get wrong if we choose to walk away from it. Our getting it right may be slow, but it will be seen in this light. The whole of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation is simply this: whose will is being done? Every high and every low in scripture, every right and every wrong comes down to this decisive point. Is God the Creator's will being done or is another will at work in opposition? Is the will of the Creator realized on Earth or are there many created wills contesting for supremacy? This book gives a very real portrayal of typical dysfunctional Christian lives, disguised and accepted in Christian churches as functional with the reasons for this and what can change it.
Jesus made clear statements within the gospels that leading up to His return many will be deceived by false teachers who will present a different gospel to which was given to the Early Church. In this book Russell gives a chronological historical view of the antichrist spirit that has obscured the original understanding of Scripture. The Ante-Nicene Fathers' writings of the first 300 years of Church history have been deliberately suppressed to bolster political factions within the Church; many of the answers to denominational theological questions can be resolved in the study of the Ante-Nicene Fathers and their connection to the Disciples of Christ. They would have dealings with the Gnostic plague that would infect all denominations of the Christian faith and other world religions, many of the issues the Church is facing today are warning signs that were talked about by Jesus and the Early Church.Subjects include: Satan's chronology of deception, Divine Kingship, Infiltration of Greek Philosophy, Gnosticism, Pseudo writers, False eschatologies, Replacement theology, Spiritual elitism, Church liberalism, Cultism, Darwinism, Communism, Nazism, Capitalism and the building of a Gnostic Social World Order. Russell Jones is a Biblical apologist, having served 5 years as the State Co-ordinator of 'Answers in Genesis' (now known as C.M.I. Creation Ministries International) in Perth, Western Australia. He has a strong interest in Science and history, especially the question to the why, how and where the origin of various beliefs come from and who's telling the truth? This has also led him to the question why the Church today is so divided when the Bible is supposed to be their authority and reference map to God's plan to restore His fallen creation. Russell has found that many of the answers to denominational differences can be found within the suppressed writings of the Ante-Nicene Fathers, who were the first Biblical apologists and defenders of Christ's teaching of the first three hundred years.
What would have happened if the writers of the four Gospel accounts had gotten together and hashed over all that they had seen and heard from Jesus during their time together in ministry and co-wrote a book detailing that ministry? Instead of the four gospels, we would have a single geographically and chronologically-correct narrative of all of the events of that momentous era. The Ministry of Yeshua of Nazareth is just such an attempt. Carefully footnoted, this book coalesces all of the details of each event that is recorded in the Gospels into a single narrative. This exercise, which has taken three years to complete is true to the biblical accounts in geography, chronology, characters and teachings. On those occasions where the author adds to the biblical narrative for continuity or context, such additions are noted as such. This approach has led to some interesting biblically supported observations about the people and events of that place and time which will enrich the reader's appreciation for the commitment and sacrifices made by Jesus and all of his followers during their eventful and tumultuous ministry. Be sure to keep your Bible handy as you read!

The mission of Ronald White''s new book is simple: to show the power of healing. White takesreaders through how he believes he was healed of death, which was confirmed by the medicaldoctor in charge of pulmonary diseases. The key point of this book is to explain the science usedfor his healing. The author''s healing of pulmonary disease took months before he turned to thebook of John and read Jesus of Nazareth''s words-essentially any reader of my book must let goof themselves and listen to only one voice: the voice of God. American people are covered withbad news, bad doctor analyses, bad financial problems. So how can our problems be reversed?Only one thought should be the goal to reversing problems: love God with all your heart. Thekey that will open the locks of those doors is to be in God''s presence.

"You can''t be a minister," my pastor said, "because God didn''t chooseany women."Really, God? You made me a woman but that disqualifies me? Howcan that be?It has taken more than half a century and many difficulties, includingrape and a hope-shattering accident along the way, but our gracious FatherGod has gradually brought healing from those dismissing words.I have learned that, far from women being created to be mereservants and sex objects, God had a very different destiny for His daughters.I discovered that the Hebrew words He spoke to bring forth the first womanmeant "one who sets boundaries, who is a warrior, a theologian, and an imagebearer", who would partner with the man, to defeat God''s enemy and fill theearth with His Presence. When Abraham''s servant was searching for a suitable bride for Isaac,he asked Rebecca, "Whose daughter are you? Is there room in your father''shouse for us to lodge this night?" When we know whose daughter we are, wehave authority to invite people into our Father''s house. The challenge now facing us is for men and women to prepare for therematch of the battle that was lost in the Garden of Eden, by learning to workand war together to establish His kingdom and become His bride.Shirley & Paul Diggle have been married for over 50 years and live inVictoria B.C. They have four children and 12 grandchildren. Shirley is ateacher, writer and quilter.
Son, brother, nephew, cousin, husband, father, friend and Pastor.Pastor Paul''s ministry is fueled by the zeal to see The Word(Bible) and principles of God; practically taught and tangibly exemplified in our everyday life.He seeks to do this primarily through an adept way for demystifying God''s word with relevant analogies and parables when he teaches or preaches. His love for music as a tool of worship is visible when He ministers. He is blessed with many "seeds"(family from all walks of life) and two children; with his dear wife Esther.
He was a boy with a sense of adventure, interested in traversing the boundaries of his Appalachian community of Cane Valley and beyond. However, for Zachary "Zack" Stewart, what drove his excitement most was a love of boats and the desire to become a sailor for the Great White Fleet, the United States Navy. In These Mountains Are My Home, a coming-of-age, historical novel by author Charles B. Shanks Jr., Zack is a young man prompted by the Great Depression and his supportive family to achieve his dreams, which serves him well as he embarks on a naval career. The future becomes brighter when Zack meets and marries Gwen, starting a new life as parents. The March of the Orphans is a historical fiction book by Kevin Horgan on the Civil War Battleof Stones River. One of the bloodiest battles of the Civil War, the Battle of Stones River (alsoknown as Murfreesboro) was almost a tied battle, but the pride of General Bragg forced one lastrebel attack, and a superior Union Army routed the confederates on January 2, 1863, after threedays of fighting. All of the Kentucky Confederate regiments were known as "Orphans," as boththe United and Confederate States of America had a star on their flags, claiming allegiance of thestate.  "Caution" to the person browsing this book. It was not written as a form of entertainment.  It was written to give you a sense of who God is, what His plan is for His creation, and to give you an idea of when and where His plan started (time). This book can be looked at as a "commentary-manual" about (A time, time and to beyond time). To understand the title, it helps to think of the God who was, and is, and is to come. It is written to help clarify some of the "things" you may have read or heard about God, the Father and Creator. Most statements in this book are biblically based, but some are there to make you think and consider that God is still in control. This book was written to glorify the Father, in the name the Son, through the Holy Spirit. The purpose for God creating man was to have dominion over the earth and His "creation" that He had created. God''s purpose for our creation was and still is to glorify Him as the Sovereign Lord of all creation; and to worship Him and Him alone, through a personal relationship with Him. To do this we must dedicate ourselves to that which God Himself is dedicated, His Kingdom. We must realize and understand that we are completely dependent on Him for all our needs and give Him the praise and glory for His presence and thanks for His works. God, the Father created us for this purpose and we are as "dead" without him.

How many of you remember the dreams that you had for yourself when you were five years old?  How many of you remember the dreams or plans that you had for yourself five years ago? Are they the same?  You will notice that there was a big difference in your focus from 15 years of age and 5 years ago.  I like to reflect back to when I was a teenager. I knew I wanted to graduate from high school, go to college and get my doctorate degree before I reached 35 years of age.

I am a missionary for Child Evangelism Fellowship here in Middle Georgia. and I love what I do. I get to tell hundreds, no, thousands of children about Jesus; how He wants them to do what is right according to His word, and how much He loves them. I have been doing this for the last 36 years. At the same time I worked with National, Pan Am and SATO for 36 years. I didn't change jobs, the company names changed. I have had what others call an interesting life, I hope you will enjoy reading about some of it.

The strong man's gospel is living in God's power and victory, living free from Satan's influence, and employing all the benefits of God's power. Brokenness and the Strong Man's Gospel will help you to understand your union with your Creator. It will show you what you can do to begin demonstrating the strong man's gospel in your life. In it you will find where your responsibility lies in operating in the strong man's gospel. Brokenness and the Strong Man's Gospel will inspire you to take possession of the power of God and tie up the enemy using God's finger to beat Satan at his own game. This can only happen through brokenness. Our own abilities, strengths, and talents must be "set aside" in order for the picture of the strong man's gospel to impact us. Similar to the rails on which a train rides, brokenness and the strong man's gospel are parallel tracks we must journey together for the effectiveness of either to be fully realized. When this happens, people will be able to see God's glory and His presence in us. We will have embraced brokenness and the strong man's gospel and employed their benefits in our life. Jerry is a husband, father, grandfather, and pastor who is on a journey to walk hand in hand with Jesus every day. Faith in an unseen God seemed illogical to James Wilson, until one fateful night when he experienced a vision from God and felt the pull to confront this God others talked about. The more he pursued knowledge of Jesus, the more he felt God's pursuit of him and encouragement to give God his all. Such revelation prompted the creation of his new book, Kingdom in Pursuit, a collection of essays that define the responsibilities of Christians as they are selected by the Lord to stand tall on faith and proclaim the gospel to others. James discusses the spiritual transformation that occurs once people receive Jesus Christ into their lives and present a sacrifice of repentance to Father God. The topics of the essays range from politics to debunking science beliefs to discussing the Great Awakening; all to aid believers in acknowledging God before men and humbly seeking Him in earnest.
