Within each of us is the heart of a lion. Each of us can make a difference.  One man, a hunchback working for the YMCA, saved 1,250,000 people from death. Others who could have helped to save humanity instead were self-dealing. Most people of the world would cower and run. They are called refugees. Americans are different. This American from the Y risked his own and his son''s life to save people he did not know and who were not his countrymen. For his service, he became the highest decorated person in Greek history. This, incidentally, is the story of why Greeks hate Turks. Neither knows the truth of this tragedy, or how the Greeks with their superior negotiating skills could have, and still can, bond with the Turks as brothers. Both would benefit enormously. The Greeks and Greece need help, and the Turks could be their salvation. The principal character, the Y man Asa K. Jennings, was also a Methodist minister who lived by his principles. He so impressed the leader of the Muslim Turks, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, that the Gazi asked the Christian to set up programs that were based on Christian principles all around Turkey while the Gazi was closing the mosques and banishing the mullahs. Turkey changed from an imperial power to a nation that is at peace at home and abroad. Their growth has been impressive while the Greeks are mired in debt and political fighting. When elected officials will not bring peace and positive change, then it is up to the citizen, that''s you, to take the steps necessary to force those changes that benefit humanity. When you read this book, you will see how this hunchback organized people to make a difference for so many helpless people. This book was prepared from thousands of documents left by Asa K. Jennings and his son. There is a higher calling than the daily grind, and to find it, look within your own heart.Roger L. JenningsOn the Cover of the BookThis lion protecting the lamb was a Christmas card sent to family and friends by my parents Asa W. and Irene M. Jennings

The manifestations of end-time prophecies are now occurring at an alarming rate so unparallel and unprecedented is the rate of these prophetic manifestations that no other time or generation can make this claim. So it is, therefore, relevant for everyone and especially for all believers to take notice to this particular time for what these prophetic declarations by major prophets such as Daniel, the Apostle John, Zachariah, and others,  really mean. Moreover, the global impact that these prophetic manifestations are having on today''s society whether socially, politically, economically, or environmentally is essentially unfolding with lightning speed and with an even greater revelation of God''s Kingdom. One particular event that is tied to these end-time prophetic manifestations is the event or the occurrence of the rapture, which is referenced in the Holy Bible as "the catching away of the saints". But the rapture is an event that the Holy Word of God has expressly defined as an inevitable occurrence, which occurs directly after events not limited to those celestial activities such as the moon turning to blood, the darkening of the sun, or the shaking of the heavens and even an economic catastrophe of colossal proportions, so it is even more urgent for everyone to take much notice of these prophetic manifestations.     So this book "The Rupturing of the Saints" gives a comprehensive and powerful outlook of the end-time prophecies and manifestations that reveals almost everything as it concerns the rapture with astonishingly profound certainty by meticulously giving a scripture by scripture analysis of what the rapture is about and the set time of its occurrence, a pre, mid, and post-tribulation rapture analysis, and the final kingdom when Jesus Christ reigns. Where other books have failed, this book liberally pursues all avenues of understanding the rapture and in so doing challenges, justifies, and edifies all conclusive precedents upon which it ultimately makes its repositions.    Owen Johnson is also the author of two other books, "The Voice of Spiritual Chronicles" and "The Praying of the Effectual Fervent Prayer."

"Oh God, is this all there is, the dailiness of it all?" As an Associate and Youth Pastor, teaching and preaching and being involved in all the other functions of church life, I finally realized I had substituted "working for God" as my spirituality instead having a real, vital and enduring relationship with the God I had been "working so hard for." This book is the result of the journey that has become my "living in the world but not of it." This work is for the purpose of returning the body of the Christ, and those who soon will be, to our original roots and living in this ever changing world as overcomers, not being those who are overcome. I invite you, no I dare you to take this journey with me through the truths that have been hidden in plain sight and will cause YOU to truly become who you were created to be. Rob Robertson In 1977 Rob was commissioned, by God through the Prophetic ministry, to stand in the ministry offices of Apostle, Prophet and Teacher as well a Spirit of Counsel placed on Rob to speak the word of the Lord to those he would counsel and to know the truth and the error. It took years to balance it all out. God instructed Rob to K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Son). That is his style along with practical demonstrations with signs following to help the body of Christ to know that they can live victoriously with signs following them. By the anointing on his life, Rob will take that which seems so complicated, in understanding the ways of God, to be as simple as they really are. "Simple does not always mean easy, but it becomes easier the more we walk in His ways."

We look back to the birth of Jesus, but for centuries the people of God looked forward. This book helps parents and teachers review with children how it was for those who looked forward and it helps to show why the celebration of Christmas is so significant. Written in poetic form, the short sections are titled to introduce the theme of each.

From Hell to Heaven tells of the struggles that were endured before finding the keys that unlocked Heaven's door. At the age of 15 I started a road that lead to Hell. Life's struggle included poverty, drugs, and numerous near death experiences. With over 20 jail convictions I prayed that God would end my life. He had a different plan, a redeemed life. I was saved from the road to Hell. I started living for Christ. Now I'm experiencing new life and it feels like Heaven. Quotes taken from Hebrew Greek Study Bible. Printing 1990. Many Christians believe America is on the edge of a moral implosion. With the Supreme Court's ruling normalizing same-sex marriage, God was removed from our government, and the government established as God. For more than 40 years, "Confessing Christians" have become fearfully silent regarding the advancement of secularism and evil in our society. While a few Christian leaders are beginning to speak out, their voices are too little too late. Unless Christians push back on these issues today, America will soon become totally immersed in socialism, and our grandchildren will grow up in communism. Unless Christians speak up in their churches today the "Confessing Church" will soon be silenced, not by decree, but by default. The time has come when Christians can be "silent no more"! Wayne J. Edwards is pastor of Heritage Baptist Church, Perry, Georgia. A graduate of Columbia International University, he is the founder of Mature Ministries, a discipleship ministry encouraging God's people to raise the standard of righteousness in their personal lives. He and his wife Linda also organized Nicaragua Missions, a discipleship training ministry to the pastors in Nicaragua and the North American teams that travel with them. Wayne is the author of several books including, Raising the Standard, Requisite for Revival, The Essential Doctrines of the Christian Faith, Rediscovering Your First Love (For God), and Keeping Love Alive: Building Oneness in Marriage.

  • - Seeking God's heart about the truth of homosexuality and what He revealed to me.
    av STUART & M D Brown
    172,-

Ever since he was seven years old, Stuart Brown knew he was different. His hidden attraction for men strengthened as he matured, even though Stuart was raised in a Christian household by a godly mother. Yet he felt conflicted with what God's will was for his life, after coming out of the closet as an adult. Stuart's path to uncover the biblical truth about homosexuality is chronicled in his autobiography, My Journey: Seeking God's heart about the truth of homosexuality and what He revealed to me. As Stuart sought to determine if being gay was okay in the Bible, he experienced conflicting opinions from Christians and non-Christians on God's stance toward homosexuality and Christianity. He continued his search for God's truth, where he felt God was speaking to him in visions, using His still, small voice. My Journey celebrates trusting God in all circumstances, as He shows favor to all.

What is love? In the eyes of God, love was created as a spiritual gift from Him to receive and give to others, resembling the relationship God has with His children. What many may not understand is that love also opens the door to the liberty to discover and live one's purpose in God's plan in life, free from the constraints of society. Embracing the capabilities to love God and others becomes the gateway to further opportunities to love and resemble Jesus in action and thought. Author Dawn Hanson seeks to educate readers on this spiritual understanding through her new book, Love Leads to Liberty. Once readers know what God's intentions are for love and purpose outside of selfish pursuits, Dawn sees lives will be transformed for the better.Realizing readers will have their own beliefs toward love, liberty and gifts/callings, Dawn starts her discussion by simply defining these terms through use of the dictionary. As readers reach the same point of understanding for these terms, Dawn develops God's definitions for love and liberty from scripture verses (1 Corinthians 13) and biblical stories. What solidifies most the difference between society's views on these terms and God's views comes through in several testimonial moments from the author's life. Whether it was learning about giving love to others through marriages and raising children to her individual calling of love toward others, the author celebrates God's teachings on giving and receiving love that shaped her calling and spiritual gifts.Love may embody several different personas to people, but the best purpose of love is in giving and receiving love as God intended to become as Jesus lived.

As a writer, I want to first thank all of you for buying this book. I am a person who wants to encourage, support and love people through my writing. If you can relate to what I am about to share in this book, then you chose wisely. I have wanted to write my life experiences for quite some time, but finally got brave enough to follow through with it. This book is for all of you who have had struggles with "the" career of choice, the biological family you were born into or by some other means ended up in and the friends you have had or lost. Can you relate to spending a number of months and/or years working toward and hoping for the career you wanted? Did you ever wonder why you were born into the biological family you were placed in? Were you one of those people who had lots of wonderful friends as a child, but do not have as many as an adult? The question most of us ask is "Why?" Why can't I have the career I have been working toward? Why couldn't I have been born into a different family? Why can't I have as many close friends as I had as a child? These are great questions to ask, but they can also be very painful. I want to share some of my thoughts and experiences that relate to these three areas. My hope is that you will walk away encouraged and not feel alone out there. As well as, figure out a way to use all of these experiences in your life for good. You and I are not the only ones who have experienced these same or similar experiences/feelings toward career, family and/or friends.

A heart-warming little book describing the relationship that God our Father desires to have with us...

How absurd is the thought of living for God without Him? Imagine being so involved with day to day routine, missing encounter after encounter. Picture missing and being left out of God's next move in your life and the lives around you. What if in doing all of this the key to the next door of your breakthrough is never found. Think about experience after experience that you have found yourself struggling to handle and cope with on your own. I challenge you to screenshot the relationship you have with God provided by your connection through prayer. Could it be worked on? This book highlights the importance of relationship with God created by a steady prayer life in practice. It provides insight of what God desires on an individual base. It dives in on relationships with God and people. It discusses time management and priority in relations to prayer. It deals with prayer and consistency. Overall this book presents prayer and relationship in a simple perspective.

As we learn to praise God through life's trials, we can quickly learn how difficult it actually can be. What happens when our dreams of having a family come to a sudden halt when at a routine check-up we find out our expectant baby no longer has a heartbeat? Our hearts are instantly broken and our dreams come shattering down around us. What then? How do we continue to praise God through this painful and grief-filled trial? This was not in the plan for our happily ever after! Made Only for Heaven shares the true journey of Wendy, a young bride who discovered she was expecting a precious baby only five months after the wedding bells rang. The moment they saw the positive pregnancy test, dreams of their coming baby filled their minds, only to be suddenly broken just a few short weeks later. That was only the beginning and as the years went by, they would also lose three more babies through second trimester miscarriages and the stillbirth of their baby boy. Through the pain, Wendy shares her victories and struggles of how the Lord taught her to continue to praise Him through it all. Even though her heart was breaking, she wanted to praise God in the midst of her storm. I do not know a woman who wouldn't profit from reading this book! Wendy has an openness about her strengths and weaknesses through these trials that is heart gripping. For those who have never experienced the devastation of losing a child, you will walk away from this book better equipped to understand and comfort those who have experienced this type of loss. Charity Teis Berkey, Pastors wife in Las Vegas, NV There have been few books written on the topic of miscarriage, but even less written about loss through the middle of a pregnancy.
