Jacqueline Anderson-Hutchings grew up in Ferndale, Michigan in the 1940's and 1950's. This rural setting inspired her mother, Lois Evelyn Tolbert-Hutchings to water-color art and poetry. Jacqueline's inheritance of her mother's talents led her to begin drawing, oil-painting and portraits as early as pre-school. When Jacqueline was four years old her Mother entered one of her drawings in a local Newspaper contest for children and Jacqueline's drawing won first place. From there and Over the years Jacqueline has written several short stories but she felt that the Holy Spirit led her to write and publish A RAPTURE OF THE SAINTS, For Children. She was compelled to share with you Jesus' soon returning to earth to rescue his church the details concerning Jesus returning to earth to rescue his church (adults and children) from the upcoming seven years of Tribulation. She recognized her own talents but didn't see them as 'gifts' until her Pastor, Y. Hawkins-Bell, led her to the Bible scriptures concerning the 'Gifts from God' (Romans 12:6-18). Then, during the publishing process, the Staff at Xulon Christian Publishing referred to her writings as her 'book-ministry'. Jacqueline looks forward to sharing many details of these End-Times with children readers, adults reading to children and Sunday School classes.

When your world falls down around you . . . - A friend's wife just died. Your mind is blank; you do not know what to say to him. - Your loved one is starving to death; dying from cancer and you cannot do anything to help. You are the chief caregiver, the problem solver, now absolutely helpless. - You pray, the heavens are silent. Your anger is deep. God is somewhere else; you have been abandoned. When you needed him most, he took a hike. - Your loved one left this planet and you feel hurt and angry; the dreams you've had are forever gone. And your desperate loneliness is just too much to bear. - You wonder, is it possible to find new love on the Internet? This Stauffer Story will help you or your friend find the way through extreme difficulties. Learn how to look for and discover God's fingerprints and hear God's footsteps while seemingly stuck in the darkened valley. Discover how to find light, love and happiness. Dr. Arnold Stauffer grew up on a dairy farm near Didsbury, Alberta, Canada. The fifth son in a family of eight, he learned early about hard work both in the house and the barn. At their 1963 Spring graduation from Bible College, he and his "Country Girl", Betty Holloway, were engaged then married in October. Stauffer earned a Bachelor of Education and taught High School for six years, and then he and Betty purchased the Gospel Books 'n Music Store in Red Deer, Alberta. After five years in a very successful business, they sold so he could attend Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky where he earned a Doctorate in Missiology. After pastoring four years he served at Prairie Bible College and Graduate School as Associate Dean. Over the next fifteen years he developed several degree programs for the Distance Education program. Betty became part of the ministry in the Prairie Book Room. After a marriage of 48 years, Betty left, slowly starving to death with pancreatic/liver cancer. He learned over those several months what it means to deal with the heart rending suffering of the one you love, with heavy grief, then loneliness and aloneness. He wondered, "Will I ever find love again?" This story ends wonderfully with bright hope and the thrilling search for new love on the Internet. He originally journalled this odyssey every day to 153 Facebook friends, and now you can read it too. Walk alongside Arnold through his day-by-day journey from the dark valley to the joy and light on the mountain top James D. Janzen, Prairie Music Professor: "Arnold, it is hard to express the powerful impact of your open sharing on my life. I read all your posts and am learning so much. Thank you for blessing me in your pain. Your insights minister to me." Dr. Martin Reedyk, medical doctor and counselor: "I have so appreciated your transparency and seeing your Christ-like grieving. I have been very inspired."

In a true 'beauty for ashes' story, Angela reveals in great detail the highs and lows of her transformation from a broken drug addict in prison to a redeemed Vessel of the Lord. This journey takes readers through the heart-breaking and risky events leading up to Angela's incarceration; shattering and disappointing yet joyful and uplifting moments in prison; and finally her long-awaited freedom - both from a prison facility and from the prison of her former life. Drawing parallels between her own life and the life of Mary Magdalene, Angela tells a tale of true love, redemption and faith along with a powerful testimony that will leave every reader changed and encouraged to find themselves At His Feet.

Nancy Pechony has done a wonderful job through her series "Treasure in Living Water" in releasing and giving away the prophetic revelations the Lord has given her. The precious treasures from our wonderful Lord written within will bless you tremendously. What God has given Nancy is not for her alone, but to bless all that read her work. The gift of prophesy is a special gift, which God himself says in His written Word to desire and even covet, because He loves to bless us. True words or visions from Him will surely bless, encourage, strengthen or exhort us and others in ways that are priceless. My hope is that after reading this volume and her other volumes it would cause you to hunger for this special gift, but much more so - the gift giver. I cannot encourage you enough to ask the Lord for the gift of prophesy so that you and many others can be tremendously blessed with what I call "golden nuggets" -amazing treasures from heaven. "Be not afraid; for behold I bring you good news of great joy which will come to all the people; for unto you a son is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you; you will find a babe wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger" (Luke 2:10-12). Two thousand years ago, people were busy with their own lives, caught up in the frenzy of taxes and tributes in very troubled times. Had it not been for the angel's heavenly announcement or wise men from the east following a brilliant star in the heavens, few would have noticed a weary young mother and her precious newborn asleep in a lowly stable in Bethlehem. As it was then, so it is now. In the flurry of joyous celebration and increased responsibilities, the real meaning of Christmas is often swept into a corner and buried under a pile of beautiful boxes and bows, often lost in a procession of parties and presents. Remember Christmas is a collection of poems enhanced with a few often forgotten Christmas carols reminding us to, "Stop! Look! Listen!" All of creation is calling us to remember. Just as it was so long ago, the angels are rejoicing, praising God, calling us to join the chorus. "And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God and saying, 'Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom he is pleased' " (Luke 2:14). As it was in the beginning, so it is today. God's love never changes. Merry Christmas!

Jesus of Nazareth, the alleged "Christ" of God. However he is interpreted, he is by far the most significant, influential, and .. controversial .. person of human history. Here read, harmonized into a single narrative, the eyewitness accounts of his ministry and career as documented by the gospel writers Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This instrument is a fresh translation of the common Greek of the first century. Hopefully, a more accurate expression in current American usage of the English language is achieved. The compilers of this instrument, Michael J. Sullivan and Gordon W. Smith, have specialized for some twenty years in the gospels and related matters. We believe this: the first three gospels copied from each other, and/or used an as yet undiscovered common source. But each gospel relates particular information that the other two omit. Moreover, John contributes more details which expand on those given by the first three. Therefore, a harmonization into a single story is achievable, although absolute perfection is not expected.

Born and raised in S.W. Virginia. My husband Jimmy and I have been blessed to be together for over 10 years. We have two beautiful children. Madison is 7 and James is 2. Writing a children's book is something I never thought about or desired to do. Out of the blue the Lord anointed me to write this little book. He gave me the words and title in 15 minutes. Maddy has a passion for art, and it was my Moms idea to have her illustrate it. I pushed all the doubts that arose in me away in obedience to the Lord. The book began publishing 3 days later. How this all came about is such a God thing. I know it will reach many, and speak truth into the lives of precious souls.

Learning to count numbers can be fun, especially when you learn the symbolism of numbers 1-12. Did you also know that there are Christian meanings of numbers, too? Author Dr. Janet Shuler shows children and their parents Judeo-Christian number symbolism in her new children's book, My Bible Counting Book. This book of biblical concepts for children allows parents to teach children about God, Jesus and being a Christian through numbers 1-12, and scriptural references within numbers. Scriptural examples used in the book include David and Goliath, Jesus and His 12 disciples and three as the Trinity of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. The hope is that children will learn of God's love and grace, where fear of the Lord is a love for a God who loves children. My Bible Counting Book is more than a counting numbers book; it is a book of God's love for all.

  • - Leading with Compassion
    av Wonder Jonamu

Could it be possible that an ancient leadership code might be found in a simple Sunday school lesson? What really influences the way leaders lead? What if the question is not really whether leaders are born or made? In this book, the author delivers a riveting account and framework for compassionate leadership by describing the ten key secrets of an ancient leadership code to create more compassionate, empathetic, and effective leaders. A compelling portrait of a compassionate leader is outlined through practical illustrations of leading with compassion and sacrificial kindness. The six authentic personas of Samaritan leadership are explored in a practical illustration of how to lead with compassion. The author seeks to turn leadership practice on its head by recasting our understanding of leadership based on the altruistic virtue of compassion. A compelling case is made for the need to recalibrate our leadership paradigms in order to embrace a Samaritan leadership style. The author makes a clear moral call for those in leadership and those aspiring to leadership roles to embrace a Samaritan leadership style. In this new leadership imperative, leaders are provided with practical compassion practices in order to cultivate compassion in their everyday life.

Mark 2:17 (MSG) Jesus, overhearing, shot back, " Who needs a doctor: the healthy or the sick? I'm here inviting the sin-sick, not the spiritually-fit." I LOVE IT!! I guarantee, you are not as "spiritually-fit" as you think. I know I wasn't. If you are honest, it's a trap we all have fallen into..... but God! I became "spiritually-fit" and free from being sin-sick 18 years ago upon my mother's death in 1998 (testimony inside) and with the help of these poems and revelations. God had to first give me a P.U.S.H. before Jesus and I could give you a P.U.S.H. So........... like Isaiah 6:8 (NIV) Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "WHOM shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" Open the pages and get ready to win "your" race to true freedom. A pistol is used to start every race. The pistol in this race, are the WEAPONS OF THIS WORLD! Don't get distracted or startled by the pistol, this will throw your rhythm off. QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION! If you get tired during the race, just speed walk using your arms. Don't STOP! SATAN IS BETTING AGAINST YOU! RACE TO WIN! NOW LACE UP YOUR SNEAKERS (PUT ON YOUR ARMOR using Ephesians 6:10-18)! REMEMBER... Don't be startled or distracted by the pistol!!!! ON YOUR MARK! GET SET!! P.U.S.H.!!!
