This handbook was written to truly educate, motivate and inspire you to develop a servant's heart, apply the customer service principles to your everyday life and become a true professional at serving others. In 23 years as a beauty consultant, image enhancement technician, entrepreneur and owner of Eleth Beauty Palace, word of mouth has been my sole form of marketing so I have been able to build my business on the customer service principles in this book to create a satisfied, excited, enthusiastic, loyal client base. These principles have been instrumental in my success attracting and maintaining clientele. I not only still have the handful of clients that started with me when I moved to Florida in 1994, but more than 80 percent of my current clients have been with me for at least 10 years, which speaks volumes about the experience they have each time they come to the Palace. Our goal is to add value to each person who enters the door; we have been successful in doing so year after year. Additionally, I have used the enclosed communication, telephone etiquette, teamwork, cultural sensitivity, character qualities, conflict management and self-development principles to develop, train, empower and prepare young ladies in an internship program, helping them to develop these leadership qualities and a servant's heart so that they can become successful in their respective fields. The self-esteem, self-confidence and personal growth that come from giving excellent service at all times and being the best you can will cause you to be respected. Also, the value you add to your business, your family, your company, your team and your organization only adds up to profit you in every area of your life, which is true success.
Arlene A. LaBoccetta Born January 29,1941 Entered into Eternal Life February 8, 2013 Jesus said "most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain." ( Jn. 12:24 ) This book was completed on Mothers Day. Sunday May 12, 2013 about 3 month's after Mom had went home to be with the Lord. Later that day our first butterfly appeared from it's chrysalides. Weeks earlier we had purchased caterpillars and a butterfly habitat. The timing couldn't have been better for this symbol of new life to appear.

FAITH WALK is a poetic journey through the life and insights of a Christian woman who understands the power contained in holy scripture and in each of us. It is a rhythmic dance of words, spiritual insights and inspiration. "God Meets Me There" is a simple but powerful depiction of the yearning of the human spirit that is eloquently captured in the lines and spirit of this poem. "Chosen" is one of the most compelling poetic insights into the thoughts and spiritual struggles of Mary, the mother of Jesus, that I have ever read. Faith captures the essence of Mary as a woman, mother and chosen one. "These Tears" is a poignant poetic display of the struggle of a people enslaved physically, emotionally and spiritually. It calls us to cry for those whose human dignity has cried for generations. There are poems in Faith Walk that combine culture and spirit, and these two forces can transform our lives and the world. There are rivers of creativity that flow through each of us. This collection of spiritual and cultural poems will lead you to the place where your soul can be refreshed, inspired and challenged...by the holy word of God and the sacred yearning of a creative writer. May many drink from this river. David Hall President, University of the Virgin Islands ...From the Dedication piece to "Answered Prayer", every single poem touched my soul. The poems and the Bible verses were such a delightful and inspirational combination! Your poems are like the Psalms- they have been like marrow to my bones. I am assured that others who read your FAITH WALK will find your poems as captivating and inspiring as I have. What a blessing! Andrea S. Morris, PhD
From the coal mine country of eastern Kentucky to the sidewalks of Los Angeles, the young men in our country speak, eat and play in many different ways. Boys noodling for catfish along the Mississippi Delta would receive disapproving stares from boys playing dodge ball against a brick townhouse in the Bronx of New York City. But there lies deep in the fiber of every young man a commonality placed there by the Creator Himself that only He can make sense of. It is a deep stirring and wonderment of all things wild and untamed. It is that stir within a boy that holds his stare into the red coals of a warm campfire and spawns anxious fear at the yelping of a coyote on a distant ridge. It is the common glue that bonds all boys to their ancient past and to one another. This innate wonder hardwired into every young man, we will call "wildness." It is this wildness component that can be used to drag boys away from their video games and internet sites to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Christmas, who doesn't love the spirit of Christmas and the magical time that it brings? Offering to us on the faces of children the awe and wonder of that special season. A time when everything comes alive with the sights and sounds of Christmas. This book is fun and fanciful and full of the joy of a child's Christmas. Imagination is a God'given gift, one that comes from the creator of Christmas and finds itself best laid in a manger.

Only In America tells some of my life's milestones. I shared as much as I could remember. Being raised by a single Mom with 8 children in a third world country was bittersweet. I loved Jamaica but it was rough. I was the only boy and the last child in the family. I was not supposed to live. My mother had miscarriages before my birth and the unborn were all boys. I was told that I was a special child. My mother told me that my grandfather dreamt that someone in the family was going to have a son. He believed that my mother was going to have a son. So my grandfather advised that when the child was born, that they must take some of the grease that was used to grease the cartwheel and anoint the bottom of the "boychild's" foot. When I was born, that's exactly what they did. I don't know why they choose that grease nor if it worked the way Grand-dad stated. But I do know I was anointed with grease as a child. Despite my humble beginnings in Jamaica, growing up as a little boy with a learning disability and having no father, and trying to find myself, there was still hope for me. My life changed once I reached America and I am grateful. My steps have been anointed by God, who allowed me to step on American soil. My life has been CHANGED forever and today I sing: America! America! God shed His grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea!
This is no armchair general or Monday morning quarterback to expose the Gold Rush myth. I was there. Rode, ate, worked (a little) side by side with the cast members of the widely acclaimed and groundbreaking Discovery television reality show. A real gold strike for the Discovery Channel in its inaugural season, it was followed by more scintillating seasons which included new cast members working on different claims. I am restricting my discussions exclusively with those I associated with: Todd Hoffman's original group - Greg, James, Jim, Chris, Dave, Jack and Todd himself, of course. It is hoped that by sharing with you some of the most intimate and behind the scenes shots of what actually took place will reveal to you what reality is and is not. You be the judge.

This extends to everyone who wants God's life abiding in them. This little book is written to inspire you to ask and trust God in Jesus' name. Gen. 9:7, John 15:5, Ps 138:8 and Matt 7:9.
This book will address the attempts of various Muslim and non-Muslim organizations to transform the American society into an Islamic State, versus maintaining the system based on the Constitution of the United States. There are many issues involved in this complex battle, including morality, funding of political organizations and politicians in this country, the military wars in the Middle East and their impact on public opinion and voting preferences, immigration and population demographics, the significance of securing stable sources of oil and gas, how energy politics is used as a weapon of mass consumption, and the sanctity of human life in Christian versus Muslim cultures.
Book Endorsement: Barbara Dobson reminds us of our co-creating role in renewing the Church. Using rich illustrations and robust tools for implementation, she calls us to the holy work of actively joining God's mission. Loving our people is not enough. Dobson shows us how to love them to deeper life and greater witness by exercising strategic leadership. I wish I had this book when I was starting pastoral ministry! The Kingdom of God would have been more obvious to those I served. Thomas F. Tumblin, Ph.D. Dean, Beeson International Center Professor of Leadership Asbury Theological Seminary Book Endorsement Dr. Dobson's book assists churches in envisioning their future and building a sustainable organization for generations to come. By focusing on transformational change and strategic visioning, she leads churches into understanding the need to dream and offer more focus to enhance organizational effectiveness. In her writing, she bridges the gap between theory and practice by providing an intervention model with practical applications to guide a church in increasing strategic capacity and attaining a future to serve communities. On a further note, Dr. Dobson's passion to grow God's Kingdom is evident in the "heart" of the message and her desire to help is illustrated by the step-by-step guidance to lead churches in accomplishing successfully the task of strategic planning. This is the colorful and creative story of Mr. and Mrs. Dancing, who were so tickled to find out they were going to have a baby boy that they almost forgot they would have to name him! Kids will love to find out their unconventional method for choosing a name and families will come together around the great cast of characters. Energized by Daphne Williams' bright and vibrant illustrations, the story captures a strong sense of what family means, which will be reaffirming and inspiring to children whether they come from a large family or are the only child. The way this family celebrates together is a good way of conveying to children the value in sharing joy with those closest to you. Tina Streeter, Gillespie's author, based the story on the birth of her nephew Avery- the first boy born into the family in 23 years. She is the proud mother of adult twin daughters, two sons-in-law and two beautiful grandsons. She lives in Little Rock, Arkansas and knows a thing or two about family and dancing for joy.
In prayerful reflection and meditation, please consider "The Presence of God" and "Christian Poetry by Don Marshall." My plea is that humankind would seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. It is my honor to present a personal journey and transformation through my experiences in life, death and bereavement. This book speaks of numerous answered prayers, my relationship with God through Jesus Christ, hospice ministry, family illness, marriage and raising children. This book and its contents are for the "Glory of God." My prayer is that even one person may come to know Jesus Christ and no longer fear death. I thank the Lord for His Word that empowers me to live the abundant life. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, and I believe with urgency the Good News is to be spread throughout our world "For Such a Time Is This." I invite and challenge you whether you are a teenager, a twenty-year-old, or one whose time is running toward the eleventh hour to seek the Lord when He may be found, call on Him while He is near. Today is the day of Salvation. Come all who are thirsty and satisfy your soul. I am eternally elated for the opportunity to serve on behalf of my Savior. I am grateful for the hospice organization and the countless families to whom I was able to minister. I am deeply grateful to the Loyola Institute for Ministry extension program, its facilitator and my classmates. I am filled with gratitude for my copy editor as well. I would like to thank Dee Primavera for her inspiration in writing this book. Last, but not least, I am appreciative of the continued love and support of my husband and two daughters. Love and Blessings, Rhonda Wilhelm
God did not create us to bear our sorrows alone, but rather gives us an opportunity to lay them down at the cross. In our relationship with His Son, strength, forgiveness, and love shall replace guilt, bitterness, and despair During the last two decades, my husband has served our country alongside brave men and women from all branches of the service. His deployments led him to witness the courage and selfless conduct that our servicemen demonstrate to secure our freedoms that we often take for granted. While my husband served I lived with the possibility of losing him; I was blessed with his return, however, many are not. This story is my way of reaching out to the families who lost their loved ones. As Americans, it is our duty to express our love and support to those who served our country and protect our rights. As Christians, it is our responsibility to offer not only our support but also our prayers.
Shadow and Tilly Go to Heaven follows the heart-warming and close-knit fellowship of a cat, Tilly, and a dog, Shadow. In this memorable Christian fictional book, the reader comes to understand God's promise of stability and loyalty to His children. Through Tilly and Shadow's ascendance into heaven, they are greeted by beautiful angels and later come to experience the healing power of love through Jesus Christ. Author Erma Corbitt uses allegory to capture Christian themes, as her writing style aptly captures the loving nature of animals. Her story will easily inspire each reader-both adult and juvenile-to value pets, heaven, family and the love of Christ, the Savior, in a comforting narrative.
"The Greatest Story Ever Told" as shared by Greg Strausser and illustrated by Gary Sanchez is the result of their desire to help adults communicate simply, the story of Jesus with children everywhere. May the Holy Spirit guide and protect those that read and believe this book.
My cousin Ramiro had a very difficult and challenging childhood growing up. One with no positive role models in his life. At the most crucial time in his childhood, where the love and influence of a father was most needed, it wasn't there. He was then forced to look for the love and guidance he was looking for out in the streets. A life full of gangs, drugs and crime which ultimately had him seen and experience things at a young age that no young teen should experience. This ultimately landed him in and out of juvenile hall most if not all his teenage years and even into his young adult life. It wasn't until he hit rock bottom when he realized that only the grace and love of God could pick him up from the pit he was in, forgive him for all his wrong doings and make him into the man God wanted him to be. I personally couldn't be more proud and astonished at what God has been able to do in his life. God has blessed him with a beautiful family of his own. God is daily forming him into the father, the husband and son he's always wanted him to be. And although things have not come easy over the years, he has stayed the course and is daily keeping his eye on the prize. Not only is he heavily involved in the ministry in his own church, but has volunteered his time to outreach in different jails, as a clergymen in the local police agencies and through a local television ministry. He has been a true inspiration to what God can do with anyone who is willing to humble themselves and trust in his every word. May God bless you and your family and continue to reach many lives in need of Him, as when you first needed Him years ago as a young man.

My packhorse had just plunged off a 300 foot cliff in the rugged Cascade Mountains. I cried out, "God, DO something!" Then, as an afterthought I threw in, "I know! Send angels!"........ And He did! Two giant ten-foot angels appeared before me, and hovered off the cliff. One seemed to be the leader. He asked me, "What do you want?" I blurted out, "WHAT DO I WANT? SAVE MY HORSE!" The angel was NOT in a hurry. With calm authority, he asked me, "Do you want the load, too? Author Bio: Judy has over 6 decades of experiences working with horses, and has travelled over 20,000 miles in the Cascades that would tax the hardiest. She is the founder and director of Shiloh Prayer Ranch for personal retreats. "God, Rocky Trails & The Mountains" is a book about true adventures of the miraculous, in the rugged Cascade Mountain Range of Washington State that will challenge your faith, and stir you to know you are not alone within the power of God's love and provision.

What the Bible Says About A Gospel Preacher examines the mantle of ministry, and how God calls us, equips us, and places us in it. This book uniquely examines eleven different facets of ministry and types of ministers. Wanda examines both the biblical and spiritual side of each issue, as well as the more personal and emotional perspective using personal examples and testimonies from her life to illustrate her points. Wanda supports each of the lessons and theories with scripture. This clearly indicates the biblical basis for each teaching-an important part of the book. Born in 1964 in Phoenix, Arizona, Wanda lived most of her life in California. After attending K-12 schools in Richmond and Berkeley, she began pursuing a college degree in Business Administration. The author has been a life-long, avid Bible student who enjoyed attending and later teaching Sunday School and Bible Study. Currently, Wanda is pursuing a degree in Business Management with a goal to eventually attend a Seminary, thus preparing for a life of ministry as retirement draws ever close.
