Globalization and the ever decreasing need for human workers have impacted, perhaps especially the Western world, like a slow moving earthquake. So much now seems uncertain and the future approaches as a fearsome threat. So many are aware, only of their lack of power and ability to effect any change in a seemingly inevitable time of deep uncertainty. This has led many to seek stability in a search for their past, a quest to discover those from whom they descended, and a sense that they are not alone. This is not a pointless quest. Who am I, where do I come from, and how should I understand the ancestors who shaped me, are questions human beings have asked from time immemorial. In "So Let Me Just Say" I have attempted to find answers to some of these questions and ask (usually myself) why the people I have interacted with acted the way they did. I have done this, mainly for my family, but hopefully it is interesting for others as well. It is also true that others have memories that can complete our own inner jigsaw puzzle. At times I have simply sought to reclaim the world as it was, or at least as I understood it, so that that world would not be lost and probably misunderstood. What I have experienced cannot be understood without an awareness of the place God has had in my life. In this regard the essay at the beginning of the book is really a questioning of what makes us who we are, and what God''s thoughts may be on how we view others. In the face of a rapidly changing world, stability, peace and understanding can still be found and community discovered in a knowing of God, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

First time, scientifically, a new concept of the absoluteness of bio-intelligence, called as Absolute Intelligence (A-IT) had been put forward to reveal the fundamental nature of life's intelligence, based on a new, basic Physical and Mathematical analysis. The theory of A-IT with its mathematical principals has systematically been presented to identify the boundary between life and natural phenomena by the natural laws (L) and chance (C) and to prove the probability of the life's origin by LC to be exactly zero. And DNA is an A-IT - Sign, impossible to be created by the Chemical Dynamics. Also A-IT is divided into different kinds, each having different level ranges with A-IT - Forbidden Gaps to prohibit the natural transitions among them. Correspondingly, living things are divided into different A-IT level groups, and so to prohibit the natural transitions among them. Thus, the macro-evolution from the primitive cell-life to the advanced living things is prohibited. The life's origin is A-IT cause. The theory of A-IT is harmonious with the Biblical Creation. Life is made in intelligence (wisdom) according to their kinds. The author has been invited to speak in many places in the US and abroad. The present book is a valuable reference for the readers who have the related educational background. (Ying Chao Ruan). About the Author from my perspective she is a daughter, sister, mother, friend and author but most importantly a "strong woman of God!!" They say A person has to have been through some things in Life and have Learned from those things. Which in turn make you stronger and wiser if only you listen. Then and only then can you truly teach and share that knowledge, wisdom and understanding to help encourage others. Ms. Denese spreads knowledge of the Gospel to all that will listen. She is a true minister of faith in God. Always carrying, giving, loving and uplifting. She always encourages me especially when I''m ready to give up or upset about a situation, she gives me scriptures to read from the Bible on which are always on the spot on what I''m going through, then we pray together, I don''t think she realizes just how much that means to me. I absolutely Love Her for that!!!!! Also, her famous quote "I won''t get Bitter, I''ll get Better." To know Denese Haynes is to love her and I thank God for putting her in my Life.Paris Carter

The author''s smooth, inviting tone is at once in-depth and profound while maintaining an air of conversational storytelling that makes it seem as if one is having coffee with the author and listening to his tales in person. The global nature of David Ryan''s stories, whether in tales of his travels or in stories of meeting people from far-off places, gives an exotic and adventurous feeling to the book. At the same time, descriptions of the UK have a familiar and comforting sense of home. In each story, the author deftly integrates personal experiences and emotions with wider observations of how the world around us is changing, capturing the aura of a place or moment in time while reflecting on its transience. This truly makes for an enjoyable read. ''Close Encounters takes you on a journey to different places and times, but always returns to the heart of Belfast. David Ryan describes Belfast in a way that creates both nostalgia for the past and comment for the future.'' Tony Macauley. Bestselling author of Paperboy, Bread Boy, All Growed Up Now and Little House on the Peace Line.''Honest, insightful and witty are three words that I would use to describe this book. Close Encounters is a brave and bold set of personal reflections on life that are shaped by the experiences of David Ryan himself and it is peppered throughout with a healthy dose of humour. His telling of these stories is thought-provoking and unapologetic in addressing some of the challenging cultural issues of our time.''Dr Adam Boddison, Chief Executive Officer, nasen.''Written from a Christian perspective and with customary candour and self-depreciating humour, Close Encounters offers us a further cornucopia of keenly observed experiences, conversations and reflections. As with Brief Encounters these stories help us discover more about a wealth of characters in our richly diverse world, but ultimately in the process help us learn more about ourselves, our attitudes and our beliefs.''Dr Noel Purdy, Stranmillis University College, Belfast

Why another gospel printed rendition you may ask?  It has been my personal experience as a Christian that some of the basic details of the gospel of grace are not always taught and explained clearly at the beginning of a Christian believer''s life/birth.  Some details of the gospel of grace are typically left to being learned over time and not provided up front with clear emphasis. (See Acts 18:27 YLT - Young''s Living Translation. Believers are described as, "have believed through the grace", implies that the gospel and grace may be interchanged as one and the same.)This writing attempts to clarify and bring together clear details of the Christian gospel of grace more concisely and completely than is found in the typical presentation of the gospel. In it, I attempt to include with some clarity, some key issues such as the Trinity, creation, sin, old and new covenants, Jesus'' payment and the fullness and completeness of it, and the Holy Spirit''s role in the life of a Christian - to name a few. This book contains two major sections. The first section presents the gospel and the second section attempts to provide concrete Biblical support for what has been stated in the gospel presentation. It is designed for two distinct audiences. First it can be used to share the Christian gospel with the lost person and provide an excellent foundation based on the Bible for Christian belief and growth if the lost person chooses to believe in Jesus. Second, it can be used for virtually any age believer as a discussion medium to promote a thorough foundational understanding of "what" and "why" Christians believe what they believe in various group settings.

The time has come for this sleeping Christian nation to protect their gates against the devil's intentions! It was the command of God to author Janet James-Shuler to write His words to empower Christians to secure their families, secure their values and secure their identities in Christ in her new book, Secure the Gates. Referencing how Christian gatekeepers of the Bible's Old Testament, like Nehemiah, were called by God to stand strong against evil opposition, Dr. Janet sees God is calling Christians now to help a sinful America: one decreased in values, lacking in strong family households and lost due to a need for Jesus. Placing God in the forefront of our lives not only stops Satan, but also helps the next generation become God's gatekeepers. It's time to secure our own gates against a shifting world and advance God's Kingdom in our families, in our communities and throughout the world.

In this study, Hinson Graham examines how a congregation deals with the loss of its long-time pastor, as well as how the exiting pastor should prepare for his or her departure. The focus is on five independent African American churches, the black church traditionally led by a single senior pastor and known for community service as well as Christian spiritual leadership. The author explores the answers to four core questions: What were the spiritual and emotional responses to the transition of a long-term pastor? How were congregants able to express these feelings? What mindsets were most common when faced with the transition? And what, if any, processes were followed to ease the transition for the church body? Possible causes for and ramifications of a pastor's departure are explained. The emotional and spiritual well-being of church members during the transition, however, is of primary concern here. In a clear and approachable voice, Hinson Graham cites extensive biblical precedents for managing such matters.

Ancient Strategy. Contemporary Results. The rapid convergence of technological and knowledge growth is resulting in disruptive change unlike any in human history. So why go back 2,500 years for a business leadership and project management model? According to today's experts, Nehemiah's building the 4.5-mile wall around Jerusalem in 445 BC should have taken years with a huge labor force. But he accomplished it with 150 leaders and an enormous volunteer team in 52 days. His book is a roadmap on how to accomplish seemingly impossible goals using a Business Agile framework. The Nehemiah Effect combines new mindsets, methodologies, and technologies with proven, ancient wisdom to deliver surprising results for today's business leaders and project managers. As Enterprise Agile Coaches, Ted Kallman and Andrew Kallman mentor and lead organizations in the common-sense adoption of Agile to increase effectiveness and quality, reduce cycle times, and to create an pre-active environment enabling Agile implementation. Ted and Andrew are both Certified Scrum Masters(R) (CSM), Certified Scrum Professionals(R) (two of 1,981 CSPs in the world), and Project Management Professionals (PMP(R)). They are members of the Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance and the Project Management Institute (PMI(R)). They speak often at Agile and PMI meetings, events and conferences.
