Our body is our most treasured asset. It is our responsibility to keep it healthy and safe. The challenge begins in childhood, and will be a constant undertaking to uphold for a lifetime. This book was written to empower and educate young children about their right to protect their bodies from unwanted and inappropriate touching. Children are often made to feel helpless and muted with regards to speaking openly about their thoughts and feelings. This book will help children understand that they have the right to speak out when attempts, threats, or acts of physical violation occur.

Words Fitly Spoken are "like apples of gold in settings of silver," according to Proverbs 25:11. The poetic words of Bruce Goodpaster display those burnished apples in a variety of silver settings. Some reflect dreams or visions, some come from the refinement of trials and sickness, others from meditation on God's faithful promises. All draw the reader away from daily struggles with worry and uncertainty and toward the encouragement found in God's promise that He is returning soon to rule and reign. Bruce grew up in a Christian home in the Midwest and accepted Jesus as his personal savior as a child. While in the Navy he met the Navigators who greatly influenced his spiritual growth by emphasizing Bible study and Scripture memory. During his employment years he managed retirement communities and nursing homes for 35 years in Indiana, Ohio, and Maryland. After retiring in Littlestown, PA, he began writing more poetry, most of them centered on spiritual themes. Because of his interest in prophecy and the end times, many of his poems relate to the certainty of Christ's imminent return to earth and the importance of being ready to meet the Lord in the air. Goodpaster frequently takes copies of his poems to share with people he meets at restaurants, airports, and dialysis. He has also begun speaking about his life experiences to various churches and men's groups. Bruce and Carol have been married 45 years and have five children and 17 grandchildren.

Recommendations for Book"This book is a fair and accurate examination of the origins of Freemasonry. I learned a lot of things about Freemasonry I did not know before. Good book."Senator Jesse Helms from North Carolina (33rd degree Freemason, 10/18/1921 - 07/04/2008)"The Truth about Freemasonry is the only book published that gives an accurate and unbiased analysis of the origins and teachings of Freemasonry by using only Freemasonry sources that Dr. Morey had access to at the House of the Temple library at the headquarters for the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in Washington, D.C. I have many friends that are Freemasons that includes many law enforcement personnel. They are great individuals. Also, my grandfather was a 32nd degree Freemason. Dr. Morey does not attack the people per se or their motives but rather analyzes the belief system, especially the history on how Albert Pike changed the course of American Scottish Rite Freemasonry through his adoption of the teachings of the Hindu Vedas (de-Christianizing the Masonic Order). In Freemasonry like so many organizations such as Kiwanis International, Rotary International, Lions International (all three have an enduring relationship with the United Nations), etc. there seems to be a push towards a One World Religion/Government (all religions worship the same god) and a rejection of the true Supreme Ruler of the Universe (Yeshua Ha-Mashiach) and only hope and way of eternal life as stated in the Bible."Didymus, PresidentNew Jersey Institute for the Advancement of Truth (NJIAT)Why this book on Freemasonry is recommended for both Masons and Non-Masons?The subject of Freemasonry is of interest to Masons and non-Masons alike. When and where did Masonry begin? What were the first Masons like? What were their beliefs about God and Man? What did they say about the origins of Freemasonry? Is modern Freemasonry faithful to the original goal and vision of the founders of Masonry? Only Masonic writers are quoted in book. The average Masonic book is based on pure speculation. This book is dedicated to all honest Masons who want to know the truth about the origins and teachings of Freemasonry. Dr. Robert A. Morey Ph.D., D.Min., D.D.Faith Defendershttp://faithdefenders.com Dr. Robert A. Morey is internationally respected as one of the best theologians and apologists in the 21st Century. He is the author of over 60 books. Dr. Morey''s educational background includes Classical Greek as well as Koine Greek, Hebrew, philosophy, "Jewish" and "Rabbinic writings" such as the Midrash, Mishnah, Talmuds, Dead Sea Scrolls, and Apocalyptic literature. It should be noted that Dr. Robert A. He was a beautiful, blue-eyed angel; the third child of author Marianne Snyder and her husband, and the one that would change their lives and faith in God forever. After a difficult pregnancy, Jayden was born to the notion he completed the perfect family life envisioned by Marianne. However, in her new autobiography, Tears of Promise, happiness turned to shock when Jayden was diagnosed with autism and begin showing sensitivity to sights and sounds. Marianne already had established a strong mother-son bond with Jayden, and this bond intensified as she tried to open Jayden up and be Christlike for her children, even while enduring criticism of her parenting. The family saw Jayden find freedom through art and experienced compassion from others as they learned Jayden''s autistic traits and showered him with love. Marianne, for one, strengthened her trust in God and realized His gift was a promising future for Jayden.
Unforgiveness stems from anger, a root of bitterness that has been germinated, by unyielding pains and wounds suffered by the individuals. It is so much easier to dodge behind the brick wall of unforgiveness; stay in the comfort zone of malignant resentment with the pretence that nothing has happened rather than face their fear, rehash the past and deal with it. However, unforgiveness attacks the body with deadly poisons "What many parents failed to understand is that they are the first of everything teacher. The home is the first church, the parents the first minister or the first bible a child will read. A child sees the world through the eyes of his parents. About ten years ago my daughter Claudia Lewin, the president of "Light of The World Theatrical Ministry," was inspired to write the script "The First Heartbreak. As an eyewitness to fatherlessness in the home she realized how much this number one phenomenon has affected children throughout their lives. She has a massage for sons and daughters that have experienced heartbreaks with their spouses. Many times this may trace back to their homes, as the parent or parents were usually the first to have broken that child''s heart. She therefore began this aspect of her ministry by dramatizing the script. She, at first, brought it to local churches with only two actors. With the encouragement and support of family and friends however, The First Heartbreak was launched with full cast members in November of 2016, off Broadway in New York, New York. When I saw the play in full color, I was spellbound and heart challenged. I was moved to use the script as the underpinning of the writing of this book. Claudia is, therefore, motivated by the rave reviews that she has received, to, by God''s grace take "The First Heart Break" on the road to  spread the message of hope, love and forgiveness, as she faces, head on, the accompanying challenges.
There comes a time in every person's walk with God that we are handed a circumstance in which we do not understand. We ask questions such as, "Why?" The death of my daughter and other circumstances brought me to a really low point of life. I struggled with knowing if God was really there. If he was there did he really care about me? I was in a place in which I couldn't understand that God or anyone could love me. I was unworthy of God's love. I discovered the amazing love of God through people God had placed in my life. I want to reach out to anyone who has experienced times of tragedy and are searching for "something" that is real. That "something" is God. I want to introduce to you the man who has taken my broken heart and molded the pieces back together. My heart no longer has cracks and crevices in it; my heart is filled with the love of God. About Rebekah Dunlea I am currently employed as an Area Supervisor for a fast food restaurant. I have been with this company for fifteen years. I worked four years in Oregon, Illinois and eleven years in Virginia. I was a restaurant manager for ten of those fifteen years. In 2014, I was awarded the Outstanding Restaurant Manager of the year award. I am currently attending Liberty University to earn my degree in biblical studies and theology! Rising From The Dust is my first book. I wrote it in hopes of encouraging hurting women to overcome their own losses. I also hope that this book will give men, who may have women in their lives who have experienced losses, insight and understanding of the emotions ladies go through when tragedy occurs.
A little boys Dad just lost his leg in a motorcycle accident. Before the accident, they rode motocross together all the time. Things have really, really changed! Find out how it all happened and how this brave young boy and his Dad adjust to life as an amputee Dad and Son. A NOTE TO PARENTS: Amputation is horrific, but the wonder of it all, is that children adapt extremely well. They are more resilient and accepting than most adults. All they need is a structured and loving support system. They will also benefit tremendously by meeting others who have experienced similar tragedies. Please talk to your child/children and ask them questions. Allow them to ask you questions as well. Make sure to not forget the very young children, such as toddlers. Encourage them to continue to hug Mom or Dad (the amputee). Children are naturally curious. Show them photos of others with limb loss-interacting with their children. Bring them to the Doctors/Prosthetists office with you. Most of all, spend quality time with them. This touching story is absolutely perfect for a child of a parent amputee. It's bright, beautiful illustrations by Aaron Cunanan are superb. Any Hero Mom or Dad would love to read this heartwarming story aloud. In this fascinating debate between the Apostle Luke and a Jehova's Witness, author Peter Kallas takes us on a journey of the mind. Woven into this friendly debate are allegations of the Jehova's Witnesses, the scriptures they use to support their beliefs, and biblical responses for the Christian. Topics include, Who is God, Who is Jesus, Who is the Holy Spirit, Who has the true bible, religious practices, life after death, and much more. Easy to read and a quick study on the religion that was founded in the late 1800's by Mr. Russel. So when they come knocking on our doors we can use this book as a guide to reveal the truth of the bible and the error in Watch Tower doctrines. So that we may be witnesses for our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. Not only to Jehova's Witnesses, but also to people from all other religions.

There are challenges of life around every turn, and with each birthday, the challenges, and the efforts to overcome them, increase. However, as author Eric Williams reflected on life and its challenges, he realized birthdays should be seen as One More Candle to Light; the title of his book which sees life as a gift from God. Eric wants to reassure readers they are not alone in their feelings, but that we are together in the challenges toward finishing the race. Witnessing deaths of family in a short period, Eric sees life is precious and joy comes in the morning when in relationship with the Lord. Advice principles he offers readers include designating "me" time, learning to stop living in a material society and ways to handle stress with God. Eric also discusses you and me relationships, loving the unlovable while being true to yourself. Light those candles and overcome!
We live in a world where generations that follow are constantly altering their everyday beliefs, cultures and lifestyles of their past family histories. Most of the time, these changes are for the better. Some of these changes help make improvements to technology, economics and social lifestyles. However, some of the changes take away the identities of who we are and what we represent. The past and present, at times, seem incomparable; almost in a way where one could say we have lost a piece of our history, morals and values. In this book, Brandi and Brie give insight to the internal parts of the human nature that make up the actions we take and things we desire. They speak on matters of the heart, mind and body. Their purpose and desire is to redefine an internal part that should have more of a conscious thought process. This topic gets a lot of action in today's movies, sitcom shows, magazines, education and in our everyday lives. They call it the "COOKIE", because it's more than something sweet. This book goes beyond the act of sex. This book is written with the hope that we, as males and females, will make more conscious decisions on how we take care of the body, mind and soul. Brandi is a leader and has received high recognition in her position in management and in ministry. She works diligently to ensure a high level of professionalism is given. Her honesty, combined with a good sense of humor, makes her somebody to remember. Brie has had the opportunity to receive several degrees in Health Education, with emphasis on the Science of Health and Wellness. She has a passion to heal through ministry, and is known for her extreme organization and down-to-earth personality.
This autobiographical story recounts the author's experiences enduring her only son's drug addiction and the physical, emotional and spiritual turmoil the addiction was on her and the family. Readers are given a firsthand viewpoint on witnessing drug addiction take over a person's life, straight from her eyes. She not only accounts the heartbreak of seeing her son's tangle with drugs, but also shares how no one knew how, or were sometimes willing, to help the family remain strong in God at that time. Healing did come, and is still coming, through God's grace and redemption. Nancy Chalmers hopes her story will bring hope and encouragement to many families dealing with this epidemic and other life altering issues. A portion of the proceeds from this book will provide scholarships to those needing to enter the wonderful healing program of Teen Challenge. I will never be able to repay their impact on my Son, Andrew Chalmers. But I can help another family experience the miracle of the transformed life of a loved one. "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" Faith is the key to a healthy relationship with God and forms the basis of our approach to Him; it is the best decision you can ever make in your life to believe that God is! Without this baseline, it is impossible to have faith in God in any form. Heb.10:38. "Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man drawback, my soul shall have no pleasure in him" When you believe, the bible says there will be a performance; Luke 1:45 "And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord". Faith is the key to a victorious life and receiving the fullness of God's blessings upon your life. These scriptures above emphasize the baseline and foundation approach, which is; "the just shall live by faith" and because you believe, there will be a performance of God's promises and word in your life. With this in mind, we need to come to the place where faith is therefore, the beginning and basis of our relationship with the Lord in which we trust Him implicitly, believing and knowing that what He has promised, He is able to perform. As you read this book, may your spirit and mind be enlightened and translate into your journey of faith with God in the earnest. Through which you will write your life history according to His plans for your destiny.
There are countless guides in bookstores today that focus on overcoming trials and tribulations in life, but can you recall any books with an interest in surviving ordinary days of life? This notion was what woke up author Cassie Garrett one night: a vocal statement from God telling her to write a book and the inspirations from Him to lead her into conceptualizing her new book, My Life Verses for Your Everyday Life. Comprised of a sixteen-week, daily study, My Life Verses for Your Everyday Life concentrates on not only providing readers with Bible verses to help in mild to extreme situations that may happen in a day; but also to ponder on what God is revealing of areas needing change in your life, spiritual walk and views toward others. Cassie uses her personal life moments of reflection and discovery to support her points and scriptural references. A sudden move in her family's life caused her and her husband to change jobs, cities and for their children to begin new schools. As the couple worked to establish their dream of their own restaurant, Cassie found herself scrambling to complete things on work and home to-do lists, while shortchanging herself time to spend with God in prayer and reflection. God's revelations to her of needing time with Him, as well as taking the Bible's advice to heart in handling life's circumstances, challenged her previous ways of dealing with life and the importance of seeking God daily for encouragement. With My Life Verses for Your Everyday Life, Cassie hopes readers will see the need for Jesus and realize His sacrifice on the cross was so that when life's little dilemmas pop up, we have a Savior to go to for help, love and protection. God's light can shine as much in handling life's small problems as well as in large trials.
