This book was written for the purpose of providing a reference for family members to continue the search for the Casbys and Hardamans. Knowing where you came from can answer so many questions about yourself. After tracing the maternal or paternal lineage of our ancestry over hundreds of years of living and struggles, we are able to visualize the trails our ancestry had to endure through documents, pictures, family storytellers, old home videos, and maps, while surviving a journey across countries and from state to state, leaving behind generations of Casbys and Hardmans around world. The center of this book is Mary Hattie Casby-before, during, and after chronicling her family history and life and time she lived through.
"Finding My Feet In The Crowd" is a compilation of poems ranging from love to knowledge of self, all with the intent of unlocking one's truest form and removing veils strategically placed upon the masses. Veils that conjures up division. The sole purpose of his work is not to point finger, rather to steady to hearts of man, while aligning it with the stars. Believing that if one acts accordingly, we all benefit by the interconnecting of spirits that has too long lost their way.In a world where your mask is everything, this is an attempt to reveal all. A willingness to be vulnerable amongst those too afraid to do so. This isn't a slight, or a direct dissection of anyone's plight. Only an invitation to finally free oneself from the chains that has been a deterrent for too long. Take this journey and break the mold that scolds. Take this journey not for anything but the sake of your soul.

Why are some people more creative than others? Since we all have the same basic equipment in our heads, perhaps we have not learned how to recognize and use it. High-yield Scepticism is the result of over 30 years of intensely personal research, presenting an open-minded exploration of rationality, intuition, and instinct as they aid or block intelligent problem solving. It also explains why "True Believers" will not find the truth while "Hostile Sceptics" block the mindset that decodes the double entendres that lie at the root of the debate between religion and science.

We've all heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. The cover photo is of Toshie Sato, who is performing a tea ceremony. John's friend, Yoshikazu Matsuda, lost his father in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. His grandfather's tea house was opened for his grandson's American friend for the first time since the war. A simple gesture can mean so much. In the Psalms, a word or phrase may conjure a multitude of pictures. The Psalms often suggest a range of emotions, perhaps a major article of faith, or even reflect an entire life. For eons, millions of people have built their lives upon words and phrases from the Psalms. I hope that my version of the Psalms, Creation Songs, and their accompanying photos help you to deepen your spiritual lives and to make the Psalms your own. Each of us is, in ourselves, a living tradition. I invite you to twang the harps of life until they sing.
In September 1944, World War II raged on in France. An American soldier entered a Red Cross Club. He was attracted to a French girl serving coffee. When the club closed he waited outside and chased the girl, caught and kissed her before speaking a word. Thus began a love story. Three years after the war had ended he went back to Europe to try to find that girl while working in Paris. After twenty-five years he could finally speak of his experiences including his last hour in combat when, scouting alone in the woods, he found himself facing a German tank. The story also covers extensive travel from Maine to Hollywood and his 3 years living the life Parisian, plus Europe.
