Well, hello people!Fatz here to tell you a little bit about my anthology. This is a collection of poems I have put together. Some date back to when I first started to write, which was when I was 21, up until now. This is not the whole lot, there are a few I have written that are not in this collection.I would like to say that my poems can come to me at any time and that''s how all of these poems were created. I just start with a blank piece of paper, and a pen, and then all of a sudden my muse jumps on my shoulder and usually I keep writing then a second line comes then from two is three, then pretty soon I have a verse, the page is full and I am satisfied with what I have written. There is usually no effort, the words seem to jump on the paper, as if it were magic, and pretty soon I have written a poem.I write my poems as a form of therapy, when my mind is full of thoughts and feelings it is a way in which I express myself.I hope you all enjoy my writings.
The story is about a boy who is lonely, but one evening, during a storm, he is looking out of his window and sees a pair of small birds building a nest. The next morning he decides to go outside into the back yard and make a cubby of his own. But soon his next door neighbours come over to investigate his activity. The storm has made the yard untidy, so the boy makes use of all the clutter around the garden and it doesn''t end there.... the storm is not yet over.
It is a book which gives you a good basis in addictions. The author tried to make it so. You do need to spend too much time in research, through the isles of libraries, through browsing the internet and any other form of research. It is a manual as well as a self-help book. Once you have it you will use it for a long time.. The beginning of the book covers some forms of addictions, including poker machines, and can be used by anyone who is addicted. The book dismisses the addiction myth, that you should not be addicted. There are healthy addictions which you should try to master, and unhealthy addictions which you should try not to have. There is also a purpose in addictions and that is to have more, to be more and to do more. Mastering addiction is the first step in dealing with addictions, but there is more to it than that. The idea of the purpose of living, the reason you are here is discussed. And, if you are less than fifty years of age you should try to do more than mastering your addictions. I hope you will enjoy the book and that it will make a difference in your life and in the life of the people you surround yourself with.
It is with great pleasure that I am able to do this pictorial book of my own personal breast cancer journey in hoping that it may be able to bring about enlightenment, encouragement, faith and hope for those and their loved ones whom may be currently going through their own cancer journey. These experiences have helped me to be a lot stronger in other areas of my life and I would like to encourage others through their journey by being able to share mine. I''ve also included some photos of my journey in this book.
A humorous story about two puppies (Frekkl and Spud), That Cat that doesn''t live next door, and a new ball. This is written in rhyming prose to make reading fun.
I come from a family of cooks and chef''s so it seems natural to me to be fascinated by the art of cooking and to share that interest with those who also have a love of cooking, particularly those who still cook the old recipes handed down from their parents, aunts and uncles and also grandparents.I personally, as a sole trader or as a partner have owned a number of businesses over the years, most of which were in the food industry, so it is a natural progression to write a book of recipes. Since I have recently found myself to be gluten intolerant, I have found it most rewarding to have been able to convert the greater majority of our recipes into gluten free meals.
Harley is a cute little horse who likes to count the animals on the farm where he lives. Children can count with Harley and also learn to recognise all the animals as they turn each page.
This book, Volume 1 is an actual copy of my original manuscript as one of all 10 books in the series. The book started as a record of CD''s, DVD''s and books that I own. Late in 2007 however, I started writing down anything that I was thinking about. So this book and the other nine which were all written between 2007 and 2019 contain my original thoughts on science, philosophy and comedy.
An exploration of various themes common to the broad tradition of Western philosophy. What do we mean by a relation? Is a relation a transcendental object or something only operative in the world of concrete things? What is the difference between a universal and particular? Is there clarity in the way we represent an object or only clarity in the way a thing is composed? What is the difference between knowledge before the fact (apriori) and knowledge after the fact (aposteriori)? These are all questions that pertain to our understanding of who we are and the world in which we live. Broader issues such as the relation between space and time, art and nature, are also touched on, with particular emphasis on modern developments in physics and biology. The fixity of space and time is something that has come to be questioned, as is the fixity and origin of the human species. These are dealt with in a way that is conformable to modern thinking yet which remains sensitive to broader historical concerns.

In the year 2050, probes are launched into deep space. Two dwarf planets orbiting around a sun are adjudged suitable for colonization. Just as the Quakers and Pilgrim Fathers established colonies in the New World, two religious sects, Greyce and Kaire, settle in space. Both sects originate from the great teacher Christos, but fifty years later, each has evolved to bear little resemblance to the other-a trajectory not lost on a dangerous, militant civilization that has been scanning and observing the planets. After the self-proclaimed prophet and leader of Greyce is lured by the glamorous envoys into their shuttlecraft, all the colony's parishioners quickly follow and vanish forever.
