Many individuals complain about the morality of our youth. Our Morality in New Containers identifies a new morality, a Christian faith that is held within our youth, our new containers, and brings to our attention the principles on which this faith is based. Our Morality in New Containers promotes candid and honest discussion to help young and old alike strive for and solidify positive core values. This book shows that all is not lost, that the world isnt bad, and that there is a good and exciting emphasis and drive in todays morality and theology. This emphasis is based in love. Our Morality in New Containers acknowledges that a challenge has arisen that has awakened our youth and has made them think. This challenge has not made the life of Christians easier but requires a new deep personal relationship with our Maker. There is beauty, hope, and promise in this new morality. In truth, the ship is not sinking.
This book is about a Catholic husband and a Protestant wife selecting one church for the family. There are four important spiritual areas we used in finding a church and raising our children in a Christ-centered life. These four areas are believing the Bible is the absolute Word of God, comparing Catholic and Protestant teachings to scripture, how to live a Christ-centered life, and a guideline for choosing a Bible-teaching church. I think this could be a good book for anyone having a problem in any of these areas.

Home is a place of belonging, a place of eternal meaning, and it represents a taste of the new home, waiting for those who have been bought with a price. Until then, we have been commissioned to reach the world, starting with the particular geography where God has planted us. I love Tricias emphasis on using our homes, millions of his embassies around the world, to welcome others to taste the love of God. Its a reflection of the many interactions Jesus had in homes. I hope this book will give women a vision for home-based God-expectant influence in their neighborhoods and communities (Barbara Rainey, FamilyLife & Ever Thine Home). Sometimes the most intimidating place to take the gospel is across the streetto your family, friends, and neighbors. In this book, Tricia shares the simple and practical tools she uses to invite those living in her Jerusalem into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Make disciples of all nationsincluding your ownbecomes less daunting using the advice Tricia offers in the pages of Simple Parties, Significant Impact (Kurt Nelson, president and CEO of East-West Ministries International). This book seeks to provide a strategy for when a child gets lost. We all need something to do when we feel lost and thats the purpose of this book. Sit down, cry out to God and He will provide an answer. Through a simple lesson of going to the woods to draw, you and your child can make a plan, brainstorm how to make a problem better and use this time to say whats on each of your hearts. The Lords Prayer has historically been a passage children were taught at an early age. Knowing God is with you anywhere and anytime will help your child to stay calm in a crisis. We all know God is love, but its good to know you are never alone. By discussing His love and staying calm in any circumstance, hopefully, a child will know what to do. Use this book to talk about conflict resolution, facing the unknown and never giving up. In the back pages, there are discussion questions and a personal page to celebrate that your child has learned the Lords Prayer.

Christians are not aware that they are great consumers of material goods due to the evil influence of Satan. They are very competitive, require status symbols, and are influenced by the media also. They are not aware of their behavior because the evil influence seeks to keep them blind to spiritual things, keeping one foot in the world and one in the church.
Just as the life of each of the children of God in the Bible was birthed in a dream and destined with a special plan for their life by God, long before he created the heavens and the earth, so is the life of every child born and living today. God wants every child to know he had a dream about them and has a plan for their lives. He wants them to fulfill that dream. The God Had a Dream series of books, which are based on Bible stories, have been written and illustrated to excite and encourage every child to want to know Gods dream and plan for their life, to want to say yes to his dream and plan. The books are written to show that by obeying, obeying now, and obeying willingly, Gods dream and plan for them will be fulfilled in a mighty way.
Parenting can be the toughest journey a person ever makes. The author transparently addresses the difficult parts of this role while pointing us to some practical ways of thinking and relating with children to lighten the responsibility. This book is as fascinating as Amy Chuas Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother memoir, as relatable as Jen Hatmakers Christian foibles, as uplifting as Iyanla Vanzants inspirational messages, and backed by solid research of the likes of Brene Brown. By deftly combining four of Americas favorite genres into one enjoyable read, the author does not force us to compare and choose one world view over another, but honors all. Kim understands the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when youre parenting in a culture different than the one in which you were raised. Her words are wise and just what you need to figure out what is best for your family! Jill Savage, author of Better Together: Because Youre Not Meant to Mom AloneThis is an insightful book, full of sound and practical advice. I highly reccommend it. Dr. Helen Mendes Love, MSW, author of Reflections on the Upsides of AgingKim gives invaluable insight on the intricacies of parenting in a more globalized and culturally-relevant world, while respecting tradition and heritage.Sam Louie, M.A., LMHC, author of Asian Shame and Addiction: Suffering in SilenceHumorous, yet educational, this book is a must read for any parent. The Peoples opinion of Christ Christ in the future, which is after the spirit. Jesus in the now, after the flesh. When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona; for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in Heaven. (Matthew 16:13-17 KJV) Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ (Matthew 16:20 KJV).
In the mid Eighteen Hundreds, over a decade before the Civil War, a precious Christian Grandma was raising her orphaned grandson. They lived in a township in Northwestern Kentucky where most of the people had abolitionist leanings. She was a saintly, matriarchal woman loved and respected by everyone in the immediate area; known and revered by most of the population of the county. She was one of those great ladies of the faith who had especially endeared herself to the young people of the local church and even to those outside of the church who were friends of her grandson and his girlfriend. She was endowed by God in Jesus Christ with His love, mercy, grace and forgiveness for family friends and neighbors. One night she had a dream which was unmistakably from the Spirit of God. She was told that she and her grandson had been chosen to bless a great man at a future time. She was to keep this to herself for the time being; she was told they would both be instructed in Gods specific purpose, but also in His time. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ This Grandmother is modeled after my childrens two Grandmothers; my mother, Etta Cory, and my mother-in-law, Dorothy Shelton, who are both now resting in Heaven with our LORD. If there is anything which could be said in common about both of these great ladies, it would be to say that they prayed. They knew to pray fervently in Jesus Name and in faith believing, not allowing circumstances or even what they saw in the natural to discourage their prayers to God. Lives were changed for the better and rooted down in Jesus Christ because these women prayed and believed never giving up hope or giving place to the enemy. Their Love and Faith has caused the foundation of countless lives to be built upon the Rock of Ages.

This book seeks to recover the New Testament ideal of church discipline and to construct a holistic model for the Church in Asia. The Church has wrestled with the issue of discipline ever since her inception. Many of Pauls letters addressed the problems that had arisen in the communities that he had established. The thrust of church discipline in the New Testament was the formation of Christian character through the Word of God worked out in the process of discipleship through teaching, edification, admonition as well as banishing serious sin from the community. The ideal of church discipline in the New Testament is both Preventive Discipline and Punitive Discipline. As the Church became more institutionalized, there was a paradigm shift in the process of discipline. The New Testament ideal of discipline as a character formation was shifted to regulatory ordinances. This led to the development of a strict and regimented Christianity. Since then, church discipline had taken on a penitential and punitive direction. The book seeks to study Pauls management of the disciplinary problems in 1 Corinthians and then to construct a holistic model of church discipline for an Asian context.

The Book possesses some nuggets, sweet and delicious. There are several points raised that will leave some readers in awe. They will wonder if what they read is true or not. It will cause much introspection, analysis, new and different thought processes and much research. This is especially so with the points raised in the discussion of the timing of the rapture, the arrival of the antichrist on the world stage, and the order of the seals, trumpets and plagues of the book of Revelation. There is also the explanation of Daniel 11, from verse 21-45, that I am quite sure many people will find enlightening. The area where the antichrist will arise is of much interest to Bible scholars, students and other historians. I have narrowed it down to Iraq, based on my extensive studies and from the understanding of the vision given to me by the Lord God. From my online friend, there is also the contribution of the pictorial route of the antichrist on his march to Jerusalem just prior to the mid-way point of the Week. So this book holds many exciting new ideas for readers. Do not start the book with a pre-set mind, but rather open your mind for a new adventure. It is a must read.
