Let me first start by saying that I am a very confident woman. I am cute, fun, witty, anointed, intelligent, and multi-gifted. I never fish for compliments because I get them freely. Like most people, however, I have insecure moments. There are things about me that I would change and others that I dare not trade. My biggest insecurity has always been about my weight. I was told that I was cute for a big girl, I dressed nice for a big girl, I was very confident for a big girl. Like being a larger woman meant being cute, nicely dressed, or confident is rare. I ignored the stereotypes but deep down inside, my insecurities due to my weight were challenging my self-esteem.
