Der Traum als Medium transzendenter Erfahrungen ist ein bevorzugtes literarisches Motiv von der Antike bis zur Gegenwart. Auch in der russischen inoffiziellen Lyrik der Sowjetzeit entwickelt der Traum metaphysische Dimensionen, die auf individuelle Weise gestaltet werden. Anhand der Analyse exemplarischer Gedichte wird die Traumpoetik von Elena ¿varc, Ol¿ga Sedakova und Gennadij Ajgi erschlossen und im Hinblick auf ihre Spezifik vergleichend ausgewertet. Die dichterisch geformten Träume erweisen sich als Wege zur Gottesbegegnung (Sedakova), zu spiritueller Selbsterkenntnis (¿varc) oder auch zu mystischer Naturerfahrung (Ajgi). Die drei AutorInnen verorten sich dadurch im literaturhistorischen Kontext der metaphysischen Lyrik, deren Tradition sie durch das Traummotiv fortsetzen.

Die Publikation stellt mit Vergleichen zur Handels- und Investitionsschiedsgerichtsbarkeit bezüglich dem Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ein Gegenmodell zur klassischen Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit auf. Da der CAS eine gerichtsähnliche Institution ist, stellen die staatlichen Gerichte und deren Vorschriften zur Öffentlichkeit einen tauglichen Vergleichsmaßstab dar. Die Autorin erörtert, dass diese rechtlichen Wertungen jedoch allenfalls über den «Umweg» des ordre public durchgesetzt werden können. Sie zeigt darüber hinaus auf, dass die Veröffentlichung der Schiedssprüche durch den CAS, vergleichbar mit einem Revisionsgericht, für eine stringente und effektive Rechtsfortentwicklung des Sportrechts erforderlich ist. Abschließend werden diese Forderungen für weitere Reformen des CAS-Code anhand konkreter Regelungsvorschläge in englischer Fassung begreiflich gemacht.

Das Bestimmungsvermächtnis gibt dem Erblasser die Möglichkeit, in seinem Testament einen Kreis von Vermächtnisnehmern zu benennen und die endgültige Bestimmung des Vermächtnisnehmers und Unternehmensnachfolgers nach seinem Tod auf einen Dritten zu übertragen. Auf diese Weise erlangt der Erblasser die Möglichkeit, dass auch nach dem Erbfall eintretende Umstände bei der Rechtsnachfolge in das Unternehmen Berücksichtigung finden können. Im Zentrum der Untersuchung steht die Frage, welche Rechte das Bestimmungsvermächtnis den beteiligten Personen vermittelt und wie der Erblasser durch eine gezielte Testamentsgestaltung Einfluss auf die jeweiligen Rechtspositionen nehmen kann, um eine möglichst sachgerechte Nachfolgeplanung sicher zu stellen.

Portugal y España, del modernismo y la vanguardia al tiempo de las dictaduras estudia las estrechas relaciones entre las literaturas portuguesa y española desde finales del siglo XIX hasta mediados del XX. La perspectiva utilizada se ilumina en el concepto de la Entangled History, adaptada al ámbito de la literatura comparada por medio del análisis de los espacios de relación entre ambas literaturas.
