About one young crow who is always hungry and is looking for some way to get an easy feed. His ability to do this has some not anticipated results.¿ Ken left home after 20 years married and saw his two daughters off on their journey to their own futures. He then was able to achieve his lifelong dream of "going to queensland droving". He took part in several long drives over the years, most of them over 1000 kilometers, from the breeding areas near the Gulf of Carpentaria to the Channel Country of Queensland's SW. Also to keep him busy he spent a few years on highway and railway construction in the Northern Territory and did something in every state of Australia. It was during those droving years that he observed, many times, the actions described in these books. That gave him a sense of joy to see those crows in their efforts to get a feed.
