Penpookkal. The title word 'Penpookkal' means female flowers. Professor Etumanur Somadasan, an eminent literary laureate writes in his Foreword: " PENPOOKKAL - A collection of true to life stories. It was a delightful experience for me to go through the stories in the book 'Penpookkal', authored by Prof. K.C.Geetha. And it was a pleasant task for me to write a Foreword for this book. I find, the author believes that a story should primarily be an original one. The plots for many of her stories originate from everyday life. The author even strays into the world of fantasy in one or two stories - weaving fantasy and reality in a very artful way.
