"Building a Dancer" is a book in the educational series by the Fonteyn Academy Press. It accompanies the Academy Method International Teacher Certificate training program, but is quite helpful to all instructors and students of dance. The Academy Method is taught at The Margot Fonteyn Academy of Ballet. It is based on the fundamental principles of movement as they apply to classical theatrical dancing. Carrying forward the teachings of Margaret Craske, and her students, this is what Dame Margot Fonteyn herself studied so long as she was dancing. This book answers the question of exactly who is cut out to be a dancer, and how they can become one. It is an in depth look at all of the considerations major schools make in choosing students from the many who audition. Are you one? Find out!

This is the logical conclusion of the "Comfort" messages. It follows "The Comfort Trilogy" and details how we got to the soul-crushing conditions that predominate in retail pharmacy in the 21st Century. In this work, I will give a history of pharmacy from my view of having worked in drug stores/pharmacies for 54 years. In 1957, I took my first drug store job. I was a stock boy. In August of 1964, I became registered in Ohio. I have done nothing else. I have observed the progression of the job of working in a pharmacy as it evolved through three phases. I will call them The Historical Era, The Modern Era and The Dark Era. Seeing how we got to where we are will help us to move on. I will conclude this book by outlining reasonable and uncomplicated demands that will benefit both the institutionalized pharmacist and the institution that suffers right along with us. A happy pharmacist is a more productive employee and that means more profits.

Together they endured years of mental and physical bullying. Masking their fears with fun, they created a distraction from all the hurt and upset, by mustering up mischievous adventures packed with adrenalin pumped fun and laughter. However, their fun takes a turn for the worst, and they're both put face to face with a much greater fear than school bullying, a fear that two thirteen year old boys should never have to experience.

A note from the author:This book for a limited time only is back in print with a 15%% discount. Due to an unbelievable price increase from the Lulu press, I was forced to abandon the print option in favor of the downloaded version. The print increase was over 60.00 per copy which I thought was out of reach for most interested party's. The download is much more reasonable. I am in the process of finding other means of getting it back in print form. Sorry for any inconvenience.Your authorWilliam R.
