My motivation for writing the "Dad Rants" was to convey to my kids in writing their dad's philosophy for living, and for decision making. They would then have a record of their dad's thoughts for posterity. My wife and I have held as a primary foundational principle that it is imperative that children be imbued with the moral code. This is the number one objective in the raising of children. Children arrive to this world as selfish savages. The objective is to move them towards becoming selfless saints. Our secondary foundational principle is that it is imperative that they learn to utilize evidence based reasoning in their decision making process. The biggest mistakes in life are made when decisions are made out of emotion, and not based on evidence. So in the rants the reader will note the stress placed on evidence based reasoning. All flat assertions must be backed by the evidence to support those assertions. No exceptions! An additional foundational principle is that communication must be accomplished in a manner that the receiver will hear the message. For this reason, the "Dad Rants" are written in the informal, laid back language of my youth. I have purposefully avoided the formal language of the academy because I am not writing for that audience. "The Dad Rants" are designed to express, not to impress. It is my sincere desire that other parents seeking to communicate to their children the importance of the moral code, and how to apply the practical application of reason to life's many challenges will find the rants helpful.Viva Cristo Rey!

Utilizing the ten planks of communism, Democratic Party Elitists: Totalitarian Wolves in Sheep's Clothing draws parallels with much of what has occurred in the United States since the Progressive Era, most of it implemented by the Democratic Party presidents, but some of it from the Republican side of the aisle. It is an analysis of the implementation of communist, or statist, rule in America and it clearly describes the strategies employed by the Democratic Party to achieve its goal of totalitarian rule.

Great stuff...The memoir leaves those appreciating the young spirit looking for sequels. A book truly unique, unlike any other it is set among the strange sights of the unknown that smells of lands in the distant states at a time before cell phones, and electronic positioning systems. This stunning new story is an epic of hope and horror, chaos, faith and a journey that unites a desperate group of guys to fight the battle of their lives. The true story chronicles able students grown into a close friendship. They are individuals yet challenged by the project even against wishes of the parents who has always had their backs covered. Bill has an openness and natural charisma that makes him popular with the team but who has their backs now? So began a harrowing journey that took the crew into the Midwest from a city into to a dirt blown crossroads in the middle of nowhere. The further the boys travel the more they learn yet have the time of their life. Webbed into a crew against self-desires, nature and the weather it is a tale of young boys lost in the fast-paced progress yet driven by their own yet similar dream. The gripping new powerhouse thriller details the togetherness as they ride in their large wagon. Each having their own soul-searching mission the team discovers that a traveling celebration isn't everything it may be cracked up to be. Challenged is by their confinement while heading west, due horrific storms from the east to the mid-west. Yet those riveting moments unknown to them would be trivial compared to when facing demanded split-second decision- making that means the difference between life and death on the way home. The slow turn of events takes the team from a safe and fun time journey into a hazardous mission where true skills of driving and coping with team members are encumbered by lack of training and void of traveling knowledge. Pitting wits and skills of common sense against overwhelming odds while traversing unknown territories, this gripping tale of a celebration turned into turmoil is a triumph of, parental respect, friendship loyalty and determination. Heat of the families, then overburdening weather, followed by scorching rays of the sun only to be mentally stressed out by the onslaught of adults' aggressive negativity. Even though the other coast seemingly only miles away where lies the prize of success it is what was encountered in those miles that is the story. After all their efforts overcoming all obstacles, all luck runs out as Nashie dies. Suddenly everything the boys counted on began to fail them. Will they survive and can their trip be saved, or do they end in disaster? It is not the what, but a feat that had never been accomplished by any team. This nonfiction tale of family love and friends comradely is thrilling, funny and ultimately satisfying for reading by people of all ages and ethnics.

This book involves extremely controversial reading and the material may be offensive to your sensibility. So, my warning to the prospective reader is to read this book at your own risk. Interestingly, the book discusses topics that most people don't want to talk about. Probably, because the topics discussed in this book are topics guaranteed to generate political and racial backlash. The author's objective in writing this book is to stimulate thought and to open up meaningful but objective dialogue. The author is trying to present his material without ruffling a lot of feathers. But, considering the topics discussed in this book, that's highly improbable. He is an author who wants his readers to benefit from his material even if the readers are offended by the material. More importantly, he wants his readers to read his book with an objective and open mind. Finally, the author wants to believe that freedom of speech is still alive and thriving in this country and that people should not be in fear of expressing what they believe.
