The workplace has become increasingly complex to manage in recent years. For both supervisors and employees, differences in experience, personalities, and background often make it difficult for them to coexist. The workplace is a source of chronic stress for many, causing negative outcomes such as absenteeism, low productivity, sexual harassment, and workplace violence to name a few. Unfortunately, the woes of the workplace have become so common that many people feel helpless and hopeless and do not know how to handle workplace issues. In particular, many Christians do not know how to cope with workplace problems because they do not know how to deal with these issues from a faith-based perspective. To better understand the intricacies of the workplace, it is first important to understand why God has ordered us to work in the first place. Healing in the Workplace: A Spiritual Guide to Coping with Work Issues provides the long-awaited answers to solving work conflict and problems, helping us to see why God wants us to work, and how we are supposed to treat one another at work.

I am writing this book to help all the women in the United States who are now working in a Post Office. I myself started working in August 01, 1998.I am a victim of sexual harassment, stalking, mental abuse and verbally abuse by management in the Post Office, and I am also writing this book so the women who are now being sexually harass or harassed won't be intimated. The Post Office preaches about ZERO tolerance on the work floor, but that only applies to managements, not to the employees. I know for a fact that there are women out there who are being sexually harassed or verbally abused by their supervisor, who need help; but won't get it from management. I myself cried and begged for someone to help me, but management turned their backs on me, and called me a liar. There came a time during the sexual harassment I hated going to work. Trembling that I have to face this day after day and face this person who was abusing me, and management wouldn't stop him. He is now, believe it or not working for the Post Office.

But, evenmore than that, the characters represent the rebellious spirits of BunchyCarter, Stanley (Tookie) Williams, Ice T, Ice Cube, Tupac, Nipsey Hussle, and Sanyinka Shakur (aka Monster Cody), etc.Bakeer collaborated with Oliver Stone, Steve Anderson, and Warner Bros. to develop the classic fi lm, SOUTHCENTRAL (1992) from this book, yet, the movie onlytells a small portion of the true story.Hajji* Donald Bakeer, 77 and father to 9, has been a poetin Los Angeles for over 50 years and taught secondaryschool English in South Central L.A. for 30 years. He is, now, retired from teaching and lives in Inglewood,CA. Fellow Americans,I am just a concerned citizen trying to figure out why we need Politicians. It seems they are all bought and paid for. It seems they are just for themselves and all they want is our VOTE.It is supposed to be a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Why then aren't we deciding how much they make a year; and the laws that need to be passed. Our Forefathers knew what is best for us! " IN GOD WE TRUST " is what CREATED the greatest NATION in the world; and a place for immigrants to DREAM for. Inside this little book are thoughts, letters, and dreams about the CoronaVirus, masks, and much more. Some of this may be true or not but these are THOUGHTS I had at 78 years old.

On the night of November 19th, 2010, an unarmed and disabled man named Tommy Mullins was shot and killed by his neighbor from the point-blank distance of thirteen feet. The justice system failed to prosecute the killer, despite the absence of a threat to the killer's safety. A good man died because a neighbor chose to cold-bloodedly shoot a man who had simply come over from next door to ask for his garage-door opener back.i In The Ending, Joan Mullins, the mother of Tommy Mullins, challenges the justice system's decision not to bring the case to trial despite the evidence that her defenseless son was deliberately murdered, and asks society to consider the insanity of allowing citizens to "e;shoot fi rst and ask questions later."e; The author also shares great memories and photographs from her son's life, revealing the tragic real-life sadness that accompanies the reckless and cruel taking of another person's life.Endings come to us all, and are always sad. Endings which are not natural or accidental, however, are nightmares.

People hurting people with their words and actions is a known reality in most of our Christian environments, and this kind of pain can affect the lives of Christians all over the world. Insults and ridicule have become commonplace in our society and in our churches, and many of us have begun to speak critically of our brothers and sisters in Christ, never giving a thought to the consequences or the emotional pain that is can cause.Church Hurts and the Healing Process invites Christians to consider their own church hurts--both the ones they've experience and the ones they've inflicted. Author Dot Kelley shares biblical advice and wisdom for treating the wounds we can experience while on our Christian walks with our fellow brothers and sisters. And through the healing power of forgiveness, Christians can learn how to manage their relationships and trust in God's love to make the necessary changes. In the end, embracing this gift from God will help us love beyond our pain. You can receive healing through acts of unconditional love and forgiveness for others. And Church Hurts and the Healing Process can restore your wounded heart through humility, helping you to display God's kind of love and forgiveness--the same kind of love that he showed when Christ shed his blood for us on the Cross at Calvary.i
