The book mainly discusses the features within the particular platforms for web development backing by three major sections. The first section demonstrates the research and study of the web technologies. The second section covers the full practical view which includes designing and implementation of the web application system. Within this part it has detailed specifications of data gathering process, database designing and finally application programming. The aim of endoscopic ablation in the lower third of the esophagus is to eliminate the intestinal metaplasia and hence the risk of developing adenocarcinoma. Different methods have been advocated but, to date, none of them has been shown to be the standard. We used different methods according to individualized selection criteria. We support the use of PDT for patients with grade-4 IPN. Supplementary methods for the rest of Barrett are of particular value. EMR is suitable for elevated lesion with suspicion of IPN, as it provides considerable material for exact histopathological examination. APC is needed for the elimination of the residual islands of Barrett¿s epithelium. APC alone could be enough for grade-3 IPN within Barrett¿s muosa less than 5 cm in length, as it showed esophageal stricture when used for longer lesions. Endoscopic ablation therapy is highly effective in eradicating intraepithelial neoplasia (IPN) within Barrett¿s esophagus. The success in totally eradicating the metaplastic epithelium was much lower. Long-term follow-up is inevitable to prove the effectiveness of ablation therapy in reducing the incidence of adenocarcinoma of the esophagus.

This book helps in familiarizing the professional approach of designing the globe valve conforming to BS, ASME standards. The dimensions of components in the globe valve are either standards or arrived during assembly. They are assembled and detail drawing is produced, including machining standards, material finish, tolerances, taking into consideration the materials and the machining processes. The 2D drawing is done using AutoCAD and Solid model is generated from the 2D drawings using Solid Works. The 3D solid model is used to do the Flow Path analysis and Strength Analysis which were successfully done and the results are acquired. The analysis showed that the design is able to withstand the over load and the generated profiles does not have any drastic reduction in cross-sectional area.

Today, the rapid decrease in energy resources caused by the large-scale consumption of fossil fuels has become serious. Accordingly renewable energy resources are attracting a great deal of attention, and solar energy is one of the most promising future energy resources. The photochemical production of electricity has attracted the attention of many scientists as a viable media for solar energy conversion. In this book, we studied the photogalvanic effect using iron acetyl acetonate complex and Rose dye as photosensitizer. The first system consists of iron acetyl acetonate complex ¿ Oxalic acid ¿ Tween 80 System and the second one containing Rose Bengal-Oxilc acid-Cetryl hexadecyl ammonium bromide. The photopotential and photocurrent obtained from the first system were 404.20 mV and 35.0 ¿A respectively. The observed power of the cell was 12.69 ¿W at power point. The conversion efficiency and fill factor was determined as 0.04% and 0.33 respectively. The cell performance was 35.0 min in dark. The generated photopotential and photocurrent of the second system were 550.0 mV and 75.0 ¿A respectively. The observed power of the cell was 41. 3 ¿W at power point.

A common and standardized language offered by International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) enables the categorization of states of health-related functioning and disability facilitating the construction of information systems. Even today, the use of the ICF is limited by its complexity. Some tools to facilitate their application were created without, however, meet all requirements for its use in some areas. The objective of this work is to build facilitators for the ICF can be applied in Physical Therapy. Two consensuses with experts and a review of the use of the ICF in a health survey, presented in the format of scientific papers.
