Don't let challenges in your life weigh you down. With tears in my eyes and praise in my heart, I'm glad to say, "I'm a young, black man whose life is dedicated to Jesus Christ!" Reflecting on all the heartbreak, depression, and struggles over the years, I'm still here. I'm not the same person I used to be. I thank God for intervening when I wanted to take my life and when I was being bullied and rejected in school. Even now, being older, a lot of people don't want to be around me because of my relationship with Jesus Christ. Rejection is only God's protection! I'm not perfect nor "holier than thou," but I am saved and cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. You are special and God has a plan for your life. Right now, start your pursuit of God's peace!
Come take a journey with me through my experiences of life and love. Beginning with a poetry journal in high school, writing has long been therapeutic for me-it provided an outlet for me to confront adversity and to express my fears and frustrations in a positive way. My journey is filled with winding roads, dead ends, U-turns, flashing lights, and detours, but ultimately, through the grace of Jesus Christ, today I am stronger, wiser, and more confident. There were times in my journey through life and love that I felt utterly alone, as if nobody cared about me. I felt that my life was falling apart and that I couldn't possibly go any further. It was during these challenges that I held close to the promises of the Word of God and allowed Him to restore my joy. It is my hope that my story can help guide you on your journey through life and love. When you face challenges in life and love, push forward and keep moving towards your destination.
For years, the Big Bad Wolf has waited for the chance to clear his name. That time has arrived. The Big Bad Wolf refutes all claims that he caused any harm to the three pigs. In fact, he will prove that the three pigs are alive and well. In this witty story of "This is What Happened to Me When I Went Achoo," the wolf gets his day in court and is finally exonerated.
