"There's Only One Me" is about a little boy named, KJ, who has autism. In this book, KJ shares his unique experiences in the world. He shares the things he enjoys doing and other things that make him feel uncomfortable. This book was written to raise autism awareness and to encourage acceptance for all people regardless of their disability. KJ explains that he knows that he is different, but everyone is. If we stop focusing on the disability and focus on the ability, then we will realize that There's Only One Me in each of us.

I wrote these poems before breakfast every day from mid-January to mid-April in 2023, and first published them as a daily online blog. They are about healing, generous self-discovery and joy. They focus on how to stay light-hearted in heavy times. Writing these poems uplifted me, and I hope they will bring you comfort, insight and some good laughs.
