This second volume in a four book series of the writings of Tertullian focuses on the teachings of a heretic named Marcion. This work mainly shows the error of Marcion's theology and the gnostic basis of the teaching. Tertullian was adamant in showing the error of the Gnostic way of using the Bible and adequately shows the heresy that lies within the fabric of Gnostic thought that made it so dangerous.

Dreams can have many hidden meanings that we often times will take for granted. Freud teaches us that we need to carefully analyze what we dream and be aware of what may be going on in our unconsciousness. Although Dr. Freud makes most dream connections to something phallic, this is still a landmark work that helped to develop many of the dream therapies that exist today.

Too often we ask ourselves how to live a Christian yet live in a fallen world. How we interact with the world around us can be a powerful testimony but we still get confused as to just how to go about doing that. This work, though written many years ago, still stands as a strong guideline of how to go into the world and be the salt and light that Christ called us to be to other people.
