Have you ever said or been told, "You don't have a choice"? We live in a time where many believers feel that they don't have a choice and must bow to the ways of this world. I hear believers saying they don't want to do something, yet they say they have no choice. But they do have a choice. You Choose will help believers to understand they have a choice. What they often don't like is the consequences of a choice. You Choose looks at accounts in the Old and New Testaments showing choices made and the results of those choices. Through Scripture, you will discover that God gave man the ability to choose and that we always have a choice. You will know the most incredible choice God has given man. You will also learn of an eventual choice every living person must make.

Enough with the lies. This book refutes the lies of most churches concerning giving--lies designed to cause fear of a curse instead of faith in Jesus Christ. We dissect the false claims and bring forth the truth. This is a truth found only in the Bible. We hold true to 2 Timothy 2:15 as we "study" and "rightly divide the word of truth" (KJV).Enter if you dare!

Christianity has been around for over two thousand years. So who's right and wrong regarding Catholic or Protestant beliefs? What does the Bible say?We look at some of the issues: baptism and the correct way. Purgatory, is there such a place? The immortal soul, is it immortal after death? Who are saints? Are traditions equal to biblical scripture? Is the rapture just a story, or does it have another meaning or time? Finally, in The Religious Divide, we look at some differences between Catholicism, Protestantism, and the Bible--and come to a better understanding. If you have ever had these questions, this book is for you. In addition, this book includes references from where Catholicism takes its answers, the Vulgate Bible and the writings of men, where Protestantism gets its answers from the King James Version, and what does the Bible has to say on these subjects.Whether you're curious or want to know, get your copy of The Religious Divide today.

A Vagabond Life is a true story of a family lost. Told by Michael, the oldest son, it chronicles the challenges that arise from a lack of nurturing and a deep hunger for fatherly attention. His father is a man with demons, no paternal instinct, and no desire to improve. Michael, however, longs for the tender, intelligent father often exposed when demons allow it. His mother means well, but her youth and lack of education or marketable skills leaves her struggling to keep a roof over her family's heads. The births of six siblings over the course of nine years combine with ongoing evictions, neglect, and cyclical despair to form the backdrop for Michael's childhood and coming of age. With resilience, determination, and some glimmers of good fortune, Michael ultimately rises above his circumstances. Rich with both heartache and inspiration, A Vagabond Life digs deep to untangle the elements of his upbringing and make meaning of the factors impacting not only his life but those of his siblings and future generations.

A chronicle of a contemplative's mystical journey of finding a God who is as present to us today as he was in the time of Abraham. He is a God who listens, a God who speaks, and a God who heals. Could God be preparing us for the prophetic time that the prophet Joel spoke about when God will pour out his spirit on all humanity? "Your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old people shall dream dreams, and your young people will see visions" (Joel 3:1-3).This author experienced the voice of the Lord calling in the night. She heard his voice and was gifted with all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit: faith, wisdom, knowledge, prophecy, discernment, healing, tongues, interpretation of tongues, and miracles. As you are led through her life, you will see how the prophetic came to fulfillment through her lived experiences. The miracles she gives witness to will speak to a God who is alive and dwells among us. He is the Lord who will speak to our times and our culture. God leaves us with a message of his all-consuming, unconditional love and a hope for all mankind.

In 1997, Tom Holmes was diagnosed with a neurological disorder called primary lateral sclerosis (PLS). As he struggled to adapt to that disability, he realized that he had experienced several other losses during what were then the middle years of his life, and it dawned on him that gradually he began to view those losses not only as tragedies, as "bad things that happen to good people," but also as profound opportunities to grow up in the way he relates to the world as it is, to the people in his life and to God. He uses the term response-ability for the art of using losses as opportunities for maturing in faith.

A map almost ruined our honeymoon. It was our second day of marriage, and as we were driving up the Olympic Peninsula to Port Angeles, I found it difficult to read the map and drive at the same time. So I handed the map to my Debbie and asked her to tell me where to turn.As a new believer, I felt like Debbie: Someone hands you a Bible and expects you to know how to read it. Jesus had transformed me into a new creation, but I was a baby who did childish things and needed a parent to nurture me along and stimulate my spiritual development. I hope that in a way, I can be that for you as you read the lessons I learned in my pursuit to be a follower of Christ, such aslearning to effectively tell people how Jesus changed my life, becoming consistent in spending time alone with God,letting prayer be a vital part of my life, discovering what helps grow my faith, finding an easy way to study the Bible, andmastering sin in my life.I thank my heavenly Father and Lord Jesus for my journey because with each lesson, I have grown closer to Them. As that intimacy deepens, so does the longing to be with Them in heaven. My prayer is that this will happen to you as I share my journey with you.

Can anything good come out of conflict? Whether we like it or not, conflict is an important part of our lives. Jesus plainly told us we would have tribulation but also encouraged us to take heart because He has overcome the world (John 16:33). The world offers many solutions to conflicts, and too often, we borrow its methods. Unsurprisingly, we obtain similar results with divorce rates, infighting, power struggles, broken relationships, and church disunity. In this book, we explore God's purpose in allowing conflict and how to handle it according to His plan. Jesus is building His church, and as we cooperate with Him, we will reap the eternal rewards of overcoming through conflict. He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. (Revelation 3:21)

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8)I picked these verses to begin the ceremony of my wedding in 2007. In 2015, I found myself wishing those verses said a time to heal no more than one month, a time to break down no longer than three months, and a time to build up no longer than a year! A time to weep no more than a week. A time to mourn no longer than six months, but they don't. There are no time guidelines or limits. It just says there is a time and a purpose for everything.I was divorced and filled with questions about waiting, finding Mr. Right, and the next steps in my life. People told me to wait, and God would bring someone into my life. They gave me scripture and advice like "Wait, and when you least expect it, he'll appear." I wondered if they thought I was waiting on Casper. Oh, and I didn't want to wait. The advice was discouraging and contradictory. I was tired of being told to wait, but no one was able to tell me what to do while I waited. So I revisited a love study that I had completed before my divorce. I found that it provided some answers on real love, waiting and what to do while you're waiting. Some of the answers were difficult, and action was required on my part. It has been an emotional roller coaster, but the hope that it has brought into my life made the risk of change worthwhile. If you are waiting, preparing for marriage, in relationship turmoil, or starting over, you are not alone! I hope you can find some encouragement in Rx for Waiting.

Have you ever begun to notice seemingly random events in your life that, at some point, came together in your mind in the form of a story that yearned to be shared? The author has had many such thoughts throughout his sixty-five years but never lifted a pen. That is, until his daughter forcibly encouraged him to start writing. "Daddy!" she screamed into the phone. "I don't want something to happen to you before your grandchildren have a chance to read or hear your stories."Throughout God Left Footprints on My Heart, the author encourages the reader to begin the process of doing the same for their grandchildren. Too many of these stories throughout the ages have been lost to the graveyards of regret, having never been shared. These life occurrences are not random, for God, the author of all things, is not a random God.
