Mike Watkins thinks about a question that bothers him like a pesky fly buzzing inside his head. It is the home of the great white wolf and a place of worship for the Indians that reside near there. Mike finds William, and they discover the coins in a room among the skeletons of the robbers who became trapped there many years before. Roscoe, the librarian, appears as the one who wants the treasure for himself.The shaman and wolf arrive on the scene. They tell Roscoe the gold is cursed and cannot leave the cave, but Roscoe doesn't care. Can he be stopped from claiming the treasure? What will happen to Mike and William?

As I was reading Proverbs 31 yet again, yearning to learn all I could from this virtuous woman in order to be a better version of myself, it started dawning on me that it has been spoken of and taught to us on how to be a virtuous woman at home, in the church, and in our community. However, not much emphasis has been placed on the business-building entrepreneurial characteristics of the same virtuous woman when every verse in her chapter literally mentions one business or another that she founded or managed. This resonated in me to shine a bright light on all these qualities that were unintentionally underdiscussed. Maybe it was because she was a woman doing business, or maybe we are too accustomed to women being assumed to manage only the home.In this day and age, many women manage not just their homes; but they manage businesses, organizations, churches, educational institutes, military units, and much more. In order to represent these modern women, I also needed to point out that women managing businesses did not start with the virtuous woman; it started with the first generation of women that were mentioned in the Bible. As you read the stories of these Bible women and how their daily lives transcend to modern women in our generation, you get to read real life stories of Christian women that have diligently combined the ability of managing their families and their businesses and still kept God first and foremost in their lives--just as the Proverbs 31 virtuous woman did.

Just like David the shepherd, you, too, can enjoy the goodness of the Lord right here in the land of the living. Understanding what David wrote will empower you to boldly declare "The Lord is my Shepherd. My future is secured!"Your confidence in God's promises concerning His provisions for you, your emotions, your spiritual life, your enemies, your position in His kingdom, and your overall future will come alive as you meditate on and internalize what gave David the inspiration to pen this psalm. Just as this psalm stands out, so will your life when you begin to identify with and personalize the Creator's comforting thoughts and plans for you.You are of the Lord's sheepfold; therefore, you must know the truth and the whole story behind His blessings, tender care, and love for you. As you follow Him, you will come face to face with His abundant supply of goodness, uncompromising tenderness, and steadfast faithfulness. Upon experiencing the Lord like David did, then you too will enthusiastically choose to dwell in His house forever.
