Whose life is perfect? If we're honest, none will admit that their life is perfect. What do we do when life takes a turn, curve, or twist that we didn't expect? When life just happens, stress and anxiety often follow. The fear of the unknown is very real, and the opposite of fear is faith. The Art of Stepping in It and Smelling Like a Rose is about personal development, improvement, and working through the stress and anxiety of life. The author, Darbi Wray, boldly asserts that overcoming life's anxiety depends on building and strengthening a spiritual foundation and growing in the spiritual principles that make the world good, such as peace, love, joy, humility, forgiveness, and self-control. The text includes solutions to anxiety and stresses of life, including education on anxiety and coping skills, personal stories of overcoming, a Bible guide, practical tools to organize, prioritize, and place the focus from problems to solutions.Perhaps the most life-changing piece of the text is the four-step program of self-discovery, which is aimed at fostering two premier concepts in overcoming: self-awareness and personal power. The program in The Art of Stepping in it and Smelling Like a Rose is a simple (not the same as easy) and concise program that assists the struggling person to recognize what parts of their lives (and in themselves) need repair and discovering how to grow and live in spiritual principles.Although this process may seem contradictory to overcoming anxiety, cleaning up spiritual messes and growing in their opposites will change a person's perspectives and focus, which, in turn, assists them in moving forward with their lives 1

When I was pondering a name for this book, I heard a small voice saying to me, "Look at you. You are like an evergreen pine that has stood the test of times. It bends in the wind, bears the summer heat and the winter snow, laughs at the coolness of fall, and gets ready for the songbirds to nest in the spring."At that time, the name Evergreen Pines was born.
They didn't know that the quiet child who was growing up was the one whom it was said that all things were made through Him, and without Him, not anything was made that has been made; that in Him, not anything was made that has been made; and that in Him was life (Zoe); and that He was the light of men.The whole world has been expecting a superman. The first superman came as a root out of the dry ground. No one recognized Him. No one knew that God could manifest in the flesh. They didn't know that the logos of God, who had been with God and who was God (Proverb 8:22-30), could have been with them when they were still looking elsewhere. The world has not known that there is a superman in their midst today. They don't know that every new creation is a superman in the embryo and that all that embryo needs is to know what it is, what it can do, what the Father expects it to do, and what the Father has empowered it to be and to do in the world.
