Candy Cotton owns and operates Candy's Cafe, a successful restaurant in Whitlow, NC. Life is good until Paul Garner moves into the apartment on the second floor of her building.Paul Garner moved to Whitlow to be near his brother who is married to Candy's best friend. For some reason, Candy felt an instant dislike of him at the wedding. Hopefully, his moving upstairs will allow them to discover some common ground on which to build and amicable friendship.
