This collection of prose poems depicts the internal conflict of holding onto love despite the suffering itcauses. It emphasizes the difficulties of letting go of someone truly important, even when it is vital forhealing and growth. The protagonist's complicated emotions of love, sorrow, and desire offer a realisticpicture of her struggle to cope with acceptance of an unattainable love. Her inner anguish and unwavering desire for union are depicted in melancholic love letters laced with misery and loss, weaving together feelings of love, nostalgia, and the relentless chase of someone who is out of reach. As the protagonist navigates the stormy terrain of the heart, she confronts the cyclical nature of longing and disappointment, manifesting the universal realism that love is frequently accompanied by sorrow. It is a haunting portrayal of human fragility and the enduring, yet unparalleled power of HOPE in the face of heartbreak.

What follows is an investigation with clinical precision by an intelligence head and a mercurial naval officer, who hunt in pairs for the nation's enemy.

The Curse of the Dandakranya is set in Prayvarsha, layman translation to 'Peninsular Land' (wink, wink). The country is in tumult, facing an unprecedented calamity that seems to have appeared out of nowhere, which forces them to stay shut in fear and trepidation and steals their loved ones with disgusting haught. The Forest grows unabated, uncaring of how many innocent lives are lost in its grasp. It is a story about parents, of friends, of demons and monsters. It is a story about a girl's fight against her fate, and memories that plague her still. It is about the will of men in despairing times, of fights against destinies. Of a friendship that proves thicker than blood. A book rife with twists and turns, it hopes to be a journey that takes you on a mysterious ride through the dark and dusty corridors of a world in peril.

The chaotic silence causes turmoil in flowing water. It is about how there is chaos inside us but we choose silence to express it. It is about how there are voices in our head but it goes quiet the moment we open our mouth. It is a journey where chaos and silence walk hand in hand.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, women's employment representation reached a peak in the economy. This hasn't grown since then. We lack women in all layers of the workforce in equal numbers as men. Fortune 500 businesses have 40 women CEOs, but that represents only 8 percent of all CEOs. If things continue as they are, it will take 108 years to achieve the needed level of diversity. Data and research have shown that companies benefit from diversity and inclusion in the marketplace. Being inclusive and encouraging a diverse workplace are becoming more important. Business leaders that value diversity is now more prevalent than ever before, with a 32% increase since 2014. Most companies want a diversified staff by 2030 when that percentage is predicted to reach over 40%. Women with talent in the workforce have a wide variety of opportunities and a bright future. To assist women to overcome obstacles and create objectives, the book covers essential business process concepts. Throughout the book, you'll learn how to use numerous approaches to detect various variables in branding, personal growth, and forming alliances, as well as how to use leveraging and public speaking effectively. This book is designed with information you'll need to succeed as an impactful influence.

This book is the result of my attempts at exploring, realizing, and unleashing the potential of the mind that is enigmatic to science. Changes or transformations that the mind can bring about on physical and mental plane and personal, professional, and social life is elaborated in the light of knowledge from personal experience. Extended further it unveils a spiritual path. This transforming power is bestowed upon us by meditation. Meditation is not controlling the mind and not concentrating on the mind either, but exactly the opposite to that. It is a process of unlearning what is learned and stored in the subconscious mind for eons. So long we reel under the influence of the subconscious mind life feels as though it is fate that decides what life can be. Meditation releases us from the clutches of the subconscious mind. It is a process that brings the subconscious mind in gradations to the conscious level, giving reigns of life to our hands completely, bailing us out from the notion of fate or predestination

This book tries to present simple but important concepts in accounts and finance necessary to run a start-up successfully. It is not intended to be part of any formal course but rather a handbook to manage the finances of a business. Finance and Accounts is a vast subject and a formal study could take some years. What we have tried to do in this book is to simplify those topics which are very essential and basic in the day-to-day running of a business. If you go through these pages and try to grasp these basic principles, there is every chance that you can master the basics of finance to run your business. You must be familiar with the Pareto principle. In most cases, eighty percent of the effect comes from twenty percent of the causes. Similarly, in running a business, twenty percent of the theories of finance and accounts are important for running eighty percent of your business. It is this twenty percent that we have tried to simplify and put across to you in this book, both in text and in a presentation. The presentation that follows the main text was given to a batch of entrepreneurs who had enrolled for a popular program designed by IIM Bangalore for founders of new start-ups. The presentation was very well received.
