  • - Sci-Fi Allegory of a Transformed Starwalker
    av Dianne Brown
    207,-

How do you explain the unexplainable when there are no words or colors to describe the transformation of a starwalker? For Diana Sue, who retired from the art scene years ago, the change was a long and arduous journey, weighing in the balance scale all that she had been taught to believe and hold true. Through the efforts of her Galaxy Gazettes, she could feel the hard shell of her chrysalis breaking off in pieces and crumbling on the ground. Inside that hard shell was a mulch-like soup of old beliefs and paradigms that would produce her emergence as a new creature.Sorghum''s Galaxy Gazettes are streaming, soul-changing tales told in symbolic form. The Gazettes have a wide distribution along the many ports of trade in the Milky Way. The Galaxy Alliance Treaty Organization (GATO) closely monitors Diana''s progress in her discovery of her true identity. Sorghum-Sirius C-is held in high regard by GATO for its exports as well as being Diana''s inheritance.Accompanied by Imagines (pronounced i-mah-ja-nees), Diana Sue finds herself traveling the Milky Way galaxy with her handsome navigator. She discovers a surprising and ageless relationship between them that began long before her birth on Earth. Throughout their travels, they form an even stronger bond. Under the tutelage of Imagines and along with several other unexpected-maybe startling-characters, Diana Sue uncovers a new sense of purpose not only on Earth but also for her future on Sorghum.

One Day I was preparing a message that I would minister at a men's fellowship meeting. I was studying on "How to hear from God". Three of the ways he speaks to us are in dreams, in visions, and in pictures. At one particular point while in meditation I imagined a picture of the Lord standing over a pool of water. The sun shone tremulously against his back, casting his silhouette upon the water. I assumed by his posture, that he was looking at his reflection on the water. Little did I realize, in that one still moment, the Lord saw his grandeur and splendor everywhere, at the same time, and for all times to come. In a poetic format, I've attempted to capture what he saw, and it gives me great pleasure to share it with you.

This story is about a little girl who doesn't fit in and is not understood by her family, and so, being lonely, she makes friends with a cloud who teaches her about the middle way, the point between the opposites where everything comes together and is the same thing, where everything comes from and goes to. She learned that at those times when she felt lost, the middle would find her if she would just get quiet and wait. And at those times, it was dark only because she had her eyes closed and the darkness was something she made behind her eyes.

  • - Wake up to Your Personal Power, Magnificence and Divine Connection
    av Dr Risha Joshi
    152,-

During these modern times when technological and intellectual advancements are at an all time high, symptoms of disconnection are also following suit. The lack of connection we have between our Mind, Body, Spirit impacts how we perceive ourselves, impacts our relationships, our health, the quality of our lives, our success levels, our wellness and our levels of happiness and joy. Unless we understand the role of the Mind and learn how to master it, it can steer us in the direction of chronic fear based emotion on subtler and grand scales, leading to suffering. The good news is that in order to positively impact our lives we need to deeply understand that our psychological make up is reflected in our external environment and that we are CREATORS who have the choice to change that. This book aims to bridge the gap between you and the deepest parts of you, to guide you towards your greatest, most loving relationship - the one that you have with yourself.

  • av Steven Kaufman

The purpose of this work is to explain in detail how consciousness identifies with form, how that identification is perpetuated by the reactivity that naturally follows, and why this misidentification is a necessary part of the evolution of consciousness into ever-greater awareness of itself. Ultimately, the reason for explaining all of this is to make it clear that the way out of this self-constructed and self-perpetuated delusion is through some degree of nonreactivity. That is, what will be explained is that the way out of what seems to be the trap in which we have purposefully placed ourselves lies simply through ceasing to continuously interact with the world in a way that is dictated solely by our delusion regarding our nature, i.e., by the idea that what we are is form. Because as long as we continue to interact with the world solely on the basis of this delusion, the delusion cannot do other than persist. And as long as the delusion persists, as long as we are actively generating and perpetuating this delusion through our reactivity, i.e., through the way in which we naturally tend to interact with the world of form while knowing ourselves as form, we must continue to know ourselves as we are not, and so we must also continue to suffer.

  • - The Sweet Sound of Love Connects
    av Jan McGuire
    123

An anguished mournful sound came from Margareta's throat as she put her hands over her face and lamented. Vivid memories and thoughts about the last few months both titillated and tortured her mind simultaneously. As she sat in the beautiful surroundings of her quarters in the St Andre castle, she asked herself, "how can a person be enraptured in love and altogether demoralized at the very same time? How can love still live here in my turmoil inflicted heart? Yet it does, because love rules my soul! Love brought me to absolute euphoria and life has knocked me back into the pandemonium of perceptive reality. The extraordinarily powerful joy of joining spiritual and physical love has forced me to face its human consequences." How can she tell Christoph, and worse yet, how can she tell her parents? Will she and her unborn child be in danger? She knows they will be, but, how much danger?
