"Cannon fire", is a story of a hard working family man who has always loved history, especially the Civil War era. Books and movies were not enough so David joined a Civil War re-enacting group. He chose the Union blue because his ancestors fought with the North. David often brought his wife Victoria, "V", who portrayed a nurse of the period. On the eve of the biggest re-enactment event in Tennessee his friends back out of the trip for mysterious reasons. David and Victoria go the trip alone; David was going to make this trip with or without his friends. He dreamed of living back in time to experience what thousands of Civil War soldiers went through. This trip he gets his wish and Victoria is caught between two times.

This book is a series of works created to increase Healthy Living Alternative Awareness. The reason that I embarked upon uncovering the notion that "there had to be a better way" was due to some health challenges that I encountered. For many years I have mentored, coached, and encouraged those in my circle to be their absolute best. I learned the key was to discover and mend brokenness. Then my life took a dramatic turn; I was in a terrible car accident. I was told that I would not be able to resume what I love to do; teaching & helping others to achieve success. I went through two years of what I called "dating my doctors". Yes, daily doctor visits to learn to walk, speak, think and even move again. I did not like how the Meds made me feel, I was terrified by the side effects, and I refused to believe that this was it for me. This was not my destiny, I believed that God purposed more for my life. I watched family member after family member die while being treated with prescription medications. I had to find a better way. We've all heard that insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result. My poor eating habits and lack of physical exercise had to change. What I discovered is that healthier choices can taste good and be fun to prepare. It takes time retraining the taste buds, however clean eating and healthy conscious living have major benefits, including a better quality of life. So, you know that voice on the inside of you that tells you the right thing to do. Well, my little inner guide has been guiding me toward holistic practices for many years. I finally answered the call and embarked upon studying and researching clean healthy nutrition.

This project was birth out of the desire to bring awareness to the plight of women in leadership. The concept of the sling shot is used as a metaphor for life. When we think of a sling shot we think of a toy sometimes used to teach students about physics. In this book, the concept of the sling shot provides the premise that all the negative situations we face in life act as sling shots. Although being pulled and stretched by people and situations can be viewed as negative during the experience, in retrospect it can be viewed as preparation designed to maximize our impact and influence. "The amazing thing about this concept is that upon Breaking Free from the Grip of Life Sling Shots, just like the ball in a sling shot experiment, one's life has the opportunity to propel at a high rate speed toward one's destiny and the individual is provided the opportunity to achieve at levels that seem impossible to others. The challenge is how to maintain one's moral and ethical values when faced with the adversity of dealing with Life's Sling Shots."

This book is about achieving a viable future within the Biological system of the Living Earth for the generations of humans yet to come. If that is what we decide to do. LIFE itself is an emergent manifestation of a balanced, collaborative Biosystem, and climate change is real - as real as the pandemic - and both are aspects of the same human Problem. The sustainable solution for that Problem is to re-build our human social system so that it is embedded within a human world view that honors the survival needs of LIFE. To do that, we must understand what the Biosystem is and what it requires for its survival. Just as our physiology must maintain its balance in order to sustain its life, so the entire Biosystem must maintain its balance in order to sustain the whole of LIFE. Our current human social system (the corposystem) is operating under a faulty interpretation of the naive and inaccurate meme, "Survival of the Fittest." The corposystem is using its powerful technologies to fight against the Biosystem. It won't work. No matter how hard we try. Dr. Lynn Lamoreux is a pioneer in the biology and genetics of pigmentation and of minorities in research science; a retired teacher of large basic biology classes and of individual graduate students; and a "Chaplain" to the Biosystem.

I wrote this Book with the purpose of awakening the desire in the minds of all Christians believers to learn the language our Lord Jesus Christ spoke while He was here on this earth. With the exceptions of the Aramaic, Jesus Christ gave us the Word of His Gospel in the Hebrew and a few words in the Aramaic The Bible was originally written in Greek by the Apostles in the first century. Later, Franz Delitzsch compiled the Hebrew version translating it from the original Greek. His work is known as "The Textus Receptus" in Greek. Most of the New Testament Books as we know them were written originally in the Greek by the Evangelists, even though, there are other versions like the Syriac. But I can imagine for the Gospel writers, while writing in Greek, Jesus Christ's beautiful and blessed Words still were reverberating in their minds in the original Hebrew and the Aramaic languages. First Peter 1:1-2 "Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ. v2) To the pilgrims of the dispersion ..... " James 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad." (The Diaspora, "Hannefotzeem)." The work of this Book is dedicated to the many Jewish people who are dispersed throughout the world, and to the many who are beginning to know their ancestors roots.

Freedom Tree encompasses a unique race of bees that exist in an autonomous society. A race of bees, and wasps living a life, we as humanians never see are thriving together to survive nature's troubles. In Belcado, four young honey bees rise and make a life for themselves, thanks to a wise elder bee named Tenni Roh, who under his wing nurtures them into a miracle the underworld has never seen. Zop, Stip, Jot, and Razz become a phenomenon in the Kova forest, changing the world forever around them. Imaginary, perhaps, but the story is challenging in that it is relative to what we humans encounter in our own lives. As the Bee-Telz accumulate their fame, they experience many adventures and hardships on their journey from their home to the forest region's far reaches. Their creative music charms the insect, bird, and animal world around them, creating a frenzy of interest. The story combines friendship, love, and compassion, the whole theme of Zop's desire to unite a troubled world through twig tapping music. The adventure from the Kova's forest to Camilo finds the Bee-Telz building their reputation into a long-lasting bond between bee races. They find happiness and enthusiasm for their music, along with unbeknown resentment and revenge from a clandestine gang of illegal honey traffickers. But the conclusion finds eventual peace, surprising discoveries, and elements of love between Zop and Mitzy Loe. Stip, Jot, and Razz, who make fun of their talented and creative compatriot, end up finding their own love stories. The end is a happy one, and life goes on peacefully for everyone in Kova and Camilo...

Lord help these emotions, concerning the emotions i was going through and some thoughts from family members who also express how they felt doing The Pandemic. The enemy began to attack my mind of the uncertainty of what was going on all around me. Fear, set in the mind, wondering, afraid to go to the store or be around family members and friends. It became tormenting. I had to continue to read the bible, the word of God, He began to give to me, peace of mind applying his word if i kept my mind on him. Study his word, God's word has a solution for every situation God's word had and answer. I did not want to think any negative thoughts. I put my trust in totally in God.

This book is very motivational and inspirational. In a sense, it is a how to/step by step guide, combining my past experiences and knowledge, with everything I implemented in starting my own business today. This book is to hopefully inspire more like-minded business people, and to also inspire people to become first time authors themselves. For readers to take anything that they might learn from within this book itself, applying it to their personal lives and business also. That at worst, this book could well off just be a good read for someone. I wanted to duplicate most of what I knew about business, marketing and entrepreneurship, putting it all in book form. To teach what I knew; giving back to others that may need to know some of the things that are in this book, creating synergy for each one to reach one, and as the saying goes, "iron sharpens iron." This book points out specific and personal times where the universe allowed things to come full circle for me. Furthermore, this book touches on: investing, economics, education, accounting, gold, and more. Conveying a bit of financial literacy; understanding markets, business conduct, business strategies, knacks & niches, and business marketing techniques.
