Most people do not realize all the outdoor perils that are dangers to kitties. Most people are aware of some and can list off a few, but they are not aware of the long list of outdoor problems that are out there for kitties. There are real and actual dangers that are associated with the existing outdoor perils. I know that if I need things to be spelled out for me, which I often do, that other people need things to be spelled out for them. Writing on this subject spelled things out for me, about the subject of outdoor perils and dangers for kitties. It''s a sad, pathetic life that outdoor kitties have to live. No outdoor cat has nine lives-that is a myth because kitties don''t live very long, outside. Unfortunately, at the present time, many cats are forced to be and are destined to be outside and I hope this unfortunate trend changes and sooner would be better than later.

قراءة الكاتبة/ آمنة وناس في ديوان " عصفور الجنة". جالسته، إنه رحيق القهوة في فنجان "الأنت"، فانفتحت بوابته شيئا فشيئا، رأيت، لمست و مزجت بين العمق و الانجذاب إلى الأعماق. اعترضنني باقة من الإحساس الناضج في فترة طفولته، مشاعر تتدفّق أحرف برّجتها نقاط الاستفهام و التعجّب فانساب تلقائيا عطر أنشودة لفظتها أبجدية لحن يتوق لقطف الحلم من شجرة الواقع، عند إذن زوبع "عصفور الجنّة" داخل كيان الشاعرة بكلماتها النثرية، برؤاها الوجدانية، شفّافة تارة و أخرى باطنية، لتنبلق نوافذ يتخلّل منها بريق التواصل بين خواطرها المشعّة بريحان الاختلاط من واقع و تمني و بين ذاكرة تقرع طبول الأحداث. لفكّ شفرة الوجود، تأخذنا عبر ذاك المسار، الوحدة و الانطواء في انتصار، فتلقّن درس الغريق و تستجيب للنداء، و تفهم الحكمة دون عناء، و يصبح الانزواء لها أقرب صديق، و يفترس السؤال كل جواب مرصود..."لتتدحرج من شرايينها كرات الثلج". في صمتها و عبر خرير زقزقتها، تحملنا صاحبة العصفور إلى حنين الماضي المتربّع على عرش روحها، تقرأ لنا و بأنفاسها الملوّنة عبيرك يا "الأنت" الذي ملأ أرجاء أزمنتها من ولع و عشق، من حسرة و رجاء، من حيرة و عتاب، فحلم يستكين من وخز الحياة معك. على جناحي العصفور نرقب تجاعيد أيامها المتألّمة من رفرفة قسوتك، فينفغر نثرها و يطرح "خيالات" "أماكن"، فتسأل "أهذا أنت؟" فتأتيها "مكالمات" لتمسح "حرقة" "الأمس القريب"، فربما تتنبّه لتغريد "حسون" و تزهر دواخلها "أقحوان"، فيلجمها هذا عن لفظ "أشعر بالموت" و تستعيد "عيد" بأيام "ذهبية"... بلهفة المتشوّق لطريق الرجوع للبدء، تحملنا مع نسيمها المتعطّش "لعشب و حفنة تراب"، لنستخلص عمق الانتماء و أزلية الانتساب و اخضرار الغصون، ستبقى شعلة لا تنطفئ يا جبلا يا أعزّ وطن. بين الذاكرة و الأماكن تنبعث صور و مشاهد تتقارب و تتباعد لتبني و تهدم ماضي و ماضي، ثمّ تستفيق على اختلاف ليشوّش خط سير الأثر، و تتواصل رحلة الحنين... و يستمر العصفور في التحليق و التلحين، فيرتفع و يرتفع منسوب العطاء ليبلغ العنفوان بعد أن كان جنين، هذا هو "الأنت"، ترابك يا لبنان و أنفاس حبيب "أزل" في روح الشاعرة "صونيا عامر".

"بطن الحوت" وأحلام الخلاص العبثي فراس حج محمد/ فلسطين بحساسية النقد بدأت بقراءة رواية الكاتبة اللبنانية صونيا عامر "بطن الحوت"، ولكن جماليّة النص سرقتني من ذلك الإحساس إلى إحساس بالمتعة والتذوق الفني الخالص، وكلما حاولت السيطرة على القراءة بوعي النقد تفلت مني إلى السريان مع أعصاب الرواية والجريان في دهاليزها ومحاولة السير على الأسلاك الشائكة وفي حقل ملغم دون أن أفقد شيئا من رؤيتي النقدية، حاولت ذلك مرارا وفي كل مرة يتهرب مني النقد لصالح المعمار الفني الجميل والطريف لهذه الرواية المكثفة. صفحات قليلة ولكنها لا تؤخذ بسهلة الحكاية، فيها حيوات كثيرة، وأفكار متعددة سياسة واجتماعية وفلسفية ووجودية، وتركت الكاتبة في الرواية بؤر تثوير لغوي، لتشاركها أيها القارئ صنع روايتك أنت، فلعلك تجد نفسك متجسدا في إحدى شخصياتها، تلك الشخصيات التي أضنتها فكرة الوجود، وربما بحث عن خلاصها بغير وسيلة، حتى وإن كانت بالموت نفسه، كأن الرواية تقول أعالج موتتي بالموت حبا لعلى قد أموت على مزاجي رواية "بطن الحوت" رواية بنَفَس مختلف وطعم مختلف، فيها من المرارة ما يدعوك لمجابهة النفس، وفيها من الأفكار ما يجعلك تحاسب ذاتك وما صنعت يمينك في هذه الحياة، فإما أن تكون واحدا من هؤلاء الألف الموهومين الباحثين عن سعادة موهومة، وإما أن تصنع حياتك بفكرة صلبة متوهجة نحو النور والعلا، لتكون مصباح نفسك ودليل روحك لخلاص بشري كامل بعيد عن الكارثة وموت كارثيّ إن بقيتَ تدور مع الدائر في دوائر الحياة المفرغة دون نتيجة، فلا نقول بأن الحياة عبث ومجون ولكنها قرار نصنعه أنا وأنت.

I'm writing this book to raise awareness to the fact that mental illness is real. (The names were change to protect the identity of the people in this book). People don't understand most of the time and I hope this book will help open up their understanding. If your child is withdrawn or starts to act differently, please get him or her tested. They may need to go in for counseling. I've started fasting and praying about the Schizophrenia. My pastor says I'm free. After being in and out the hospital all of my adult life it's time for a change.
