The method used was experiential and evaluated through qualitative research with open questions forming four categories of analysis: 1 - Evolutionary and experiential axis and integration of REIS - reason, emotion, intuition, and sensation.2- Altered States of Consciousness;3- Unity Consciousness: The reward of Grace;>This questionnaire was presented to people who went through the initiation process to activate and receive manna, and each one responded according to their impressions and personal experiences. In the process of elaborating this work, one can observe through research the most different reports of transpersonal experiences from which effective changes in behavior, understanding, and walking in life and in the world happen. The results obtained by the research were compiled in this work, inserted in the context - theoretical body of the Transpersonal Integrative Approach- TIA and corroborating with the initiates' reports of the most diverse religious and initiatic traditions of humanity.
