Tensions between the outsider environmentalists and locals escalate when the bodies of two hunters are found in the backcountry. Also, a teenage boy disappears. Rowdy, an outsider himself, becomes entangled in this web of murder and mystery as the state moves forward with the first-ever wolf hunt.
