The 24th Infantry Division, the Victory Division, has distinguished itself as one of the most outstanding divisions in the United States Army. The soldiers who graced the ranks of the 24th Infantry Division earned the distinct of being the first to inflict enemy casualties on December 7, 1941, in defiance of the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor.
