The Elegies of Tibullus , has been considered important throughout the human history, and so that this work is never forgotten we have made efforts in its preservation by republishing this book in a modern format for present and future generations. This whole book has been reformatted, retyped and designed. These books are not made of scanned copies of their original work and hence the text is clear and readable.

Tibullus was one of the great Roman elegists, alongside Ovid and Propertius. His poems of love, addressed to his mistresses Delia and Nemesis and the boy Marathus portray idealism, anguish, and betrayal, newly translated into stylish English by A. M. Juster, with parallel Latin text, introduction, and notes by Tibullus scholar Robert Maltby.

Tibullus is a major Latin author of elegaic love poetry. This is the first ever comprehensive commentary on the second book of Tibullus' poems. It includes a Latin text, a full-scale commentary and introduction to each poem, and an excellent general introduction discussing the poet and his work.
