This Anthology is a collection of artwork, prose, poems and essays answering the question: "What's it really like to be a woman?". We are seventeen members of a girl's senior boarding house, and we have decided to give a brutally honest description of what it's really like.Through stories, we have attempted to describe the anger, fear, disappointment and sadness intertwined in our lives as young girls. There may be some upsetting content.By telling our story, we hope to make more people aware of what our daily lives can look like, but most importantly, we would like to raise awareness to find a solution. The cover of this book is entitled "Nameless faces" by Cecilia Gregorio. All of the girls photographed have experienced an act of sexual harassment and/or assault, and all have had their identities diminished and objectified. All profits from the sale of this book will be donated to Women's Aid UK.The Seventeen:Abbie Younger Anna KibblewhiteCecilia GregorioElsie Jackson Jazmin Alfonso Fry Joanna Outhwaite Yandeh JagneJordan Johnson Maryam Mohsin Mia MoreschiniOttavia TenderiniPoppy Page Sanaa SaundersSerena Arthur Sofia Falco Sophia Morgan Zoë Hart

Illustrated and written by: Sarah Albans, Tai-Pan (Talisa) Chan, Valerie Chau, Ling Hin Cheung, Amy Kan, Tiffany K, Niousha Saffariand Tiffany Torrie.A phenomenal collection of poignant and emotional work created by senior students at Hockerill Anglo-European College to reflect on the ups and downs of an academic year heavily impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. By reading their carefully crafted prose, poems and Haiku, by looking at their beautiful illustrations and photographs, we get an insight into their world. Should I travel many thousands of miles back home for Christmas and risk catching Covid as well as spend weeks in quarantine, or stay at a near-empty college with a few others? For the students, these were very real questions that were near impossible to answer. Some caught the virus, others managed to avoid it, but all were deeply affected by it.
Jarod's humdrum life as a lockdown teenager changes dramatically when he meets an old man sleeping rough near the river. Within weeks he is leading a campaign to change the country, if not the world. Anything is possible if you put your heart and soul into it!

The black and white colouring pages at the back can be photo-copied for multiple use by families.

This is the wonderful story of how she finds her way through the countryside, meeting all sorts of animals and learning lots about nature, roads and trains as she travels. Beautifully illustrated by Valentina Rinaldi, this is the third book in the older children's series written by Ted, with guest editor Steven Hodges lending an important hand.

His world changed forever. This is fiction for children, in testing it was enjoyed from age 5 to 11, and in one memorable case encouraged a young boy to want to learn to read by himself :)
