This book tells the story of Aalan, a married man looking to fill the void in his life by searching outside of his marriage, and not for one woman but there were two, both of whom are his colleagues and friends. He shared a traumatizing emotional event with Zoey during their "situationship." Zoey is a considerate, attentive and thoughtful woman who had a way of showing and telling him how much she cared; and even though he seems to be inspired, engaged and proud of all the attention given. He still took her for granted. Meanwhile, Arlene showed relatively moderate or limited interest in being as compassionate as Zoey, and he treated her gracefully. Both women had no idea he was with either of them over the years. In this story, Aalan becomes the epitome of a wolf in sheep's clothing. As he betrays everyone's trust.
