Avec des questions de réflexion en fin de chapitre et avec une série d’œuvres d’art soumises par des élèves, les lecteurs sont invités à explorer la façon dont ils peuvent, avec d’autres, participer à la réconciliation relative aux pensionnats. 15 % de recettes issues de la vente de ce livre sont versées à la Société du chandail orange.
