"Poetry and Prose" holds work that spans almost 50-years. Not surprisingly, the thoughts and words evolved. The first poem "Evolution" speaks to this reality. The thoughts and words within are colored and shaped in great part by years deep sea shipping. These years left their mark. "Poetry and Prose" also speaks to all the mystery and unknowns in life. The poems in sum make the point that the road to wisdom begins with acknowledging all we do not know.

Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM) practices have been identified as one of the important key ingredients for superior performance and global competitiveness in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The success or failure of SMEs is said to rests in part on the nature and types of marketing practices they employ. This study investigated the effect of Entrepreneurial Marketing practices on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Lagos State, Nigeria. The place of Entrepreneurial marketing practices in positively enhancing the performance of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises has often attracted mixed conclusions, yet SMEs are essential to economic growth in Nigeria and they are a major source of employment and contribute significantly towards the Gross Domestic Products (GDP). A cross-sectional survey design was put in place for the study. The unit of analysis was organizations while the owner/managers of SMEs were the respondents. Systematic, simple random and snowbell sampling techniques were employed to collect the needed data for the study. A sample size of 370 SMEs covering all sectors that exist in the study area was drawn from a population of 11, 663 SMEs.

"Celeste, the Barbarians, and the Stars of Home" is a poem of fantasy that speaks to important present day issues and ideals.

"Thy Self" is an academic discussion and thesis that speaks to the spiritual nature of our existence during life on earth. The argument is made that despite the "bag of bones" that we call our body, we are in reality spiritual beings.

Peter Victor is here, but not here. He has an address in Ellsworth, Maine, but doesn't spiritually live there. Everything he does, and/or does not do; everything he beholds or holds is judged from the perspective of a rusted rolling steel deck in the middle of the North Atlantic. He, Peter Victor, is a Thinker, a Poet and a Photographer. He was a deep sea Merchant Mariner for fifteen years. He often still dreams of the ocean. Of course they are not only dreams. His poetry speaks of factual events, and mystical experiences. Each, in his eyes, are equally real and/or unreal. His photography reflects pristine landscapes and arresting portraits. He is self-taught, and his strongest photographic asset is something that can't be taught: his eye. He sees things that are invisible to the rest of the world. Even the subjects of his portraits when looking at one of his photos often find themselves saying, "I can't believe that is me!" Mostly nowadays he is a Father. It is being a Father that he believes is and was what he did and does best. He was and is an extraordinary Father. To two incredibly gifted, talented and beautiful boys. At 65 with a used and abused body he knows he is in the twilight of life. One of course can clearly see the sun as it moves through the sky during the course of the day. The sunrise is beautiful. Sunset is often spectacular. The world, like life, is circular. At the end of the day comes night. At the end of the night comes dawn. And then everything begins again.
