As I began to write this book, my animal friends were doing what they usually do. Jessie was in the background chirping and Simon was on the floor nearby wondering why I am not giving him all of my attention. This has been a journey learning about these animals that came into my life in unexpected ways. God used them to teach me about His personality and love for me throughtheir distinct personalities. To know that their names have unique meanings related to GodΓÇÖs character touched my soul because when I named them I didn''t know what their names meant. Animals donΓÇÖt speak in words. They do speak in their looks, behavior, and personalities and the joy they have just in wanting to be near us.
