Healing with Color & Nature is the first coloring book by Outdoorsy Black Women. We wanted to show Black women of all ages, body types and skill sets represented in the outdoor world. The book contains 35 coloring pages, each chosen to highlight Black women having an amazing time in the outdoors.The reason this coloring book is called "Healing with Color & Nature" is because Irecognize that many of us deal with our own mental health struggles. For me, spending time in nature and art therapy have always been great healing and coping mechanisms.Outdoorsy Black Women is a social network for all Black Women that allows us to connect, celebrate, build community and open our minds to an outdoorsy lifestyle. Whether you're just curious, a veteran Outdoorsy Black Woman or just wanting to connect with other adventurous Black Women this is the place to be!
