The Magazine was first Published on Facebook by it's founder Neal Joseph Lipka as a forum to promote locale musicians, entertainers and popular Night spots. Lipka went on to develop an on-line monthly beauty pageant inviting applicants or nominations to participate. A requirement provided that accepted participant provide 3 copy-rite free photo's with permission to allow publication both electronically and/or in print exclusively to Neal Lipka with limited copyright for inclusion in both the Texas Longhorn Beauty Pageant and Texas Longhorn Magazine. Awards were presented publicly when possible and by mail while resources were available. Both the Pageant and the Magazine were suspended due to the advent of the National emergency of the China Virus which came to be known as the Corona Virus pandemic.
