The author has always been obsessed with the idea of putting a situation or emotion into words whether it be through poetry, songwriting or literature. The aim of this collection of poems was to achieve just that. Greatly inspired by nature there are many themes throughout exploring spiritual concepts, environmentalism, the healing process, love, loss and the many emotions in-between.
