A scattering of memories that I experienced during a stage of my life, including events that were deposited in my memory, whether I experienced them or watched them around me, attended their events, and read the feelings of those who lived them.Through these memories, the most important stage was the period of the War of Attrition in 1969, which preceded the 1973 war, which I lived and lived through. There were words and feelings surging in our chests during the long days that we lived under the bombardment of the Danes during the stage of attrition of the enemy who was superior to us in aviation, and the Thunderbolt Forces demonstrated during this period and until... The 1973 war carried out 72 suicide operations behind enemy lines, which greatly contributed to the armed forces regaining self-confidence after defeat, and during which a new phase took place, which is the phase of confrontation or active defense, in which the Israeli forces suffered the largest number of losses... with the participation of the naval forces, artillery, and aviation. It is a stage of steadfastness and training to meet the enemy in the 1973 war and defeat him. These words were an expression of what was in the heart and wanted to be released, perhaps a recording of an important stage in our lives and the life of an entire generation during the sixties and beyond. The new generations know nothing about it except its name, even though we lived it with sincerity and dedication. Between duty and our civilian life, which passed through us like the passage of clouds, and between them are moments of contemplation of humanity, its behavior, and the events after and during this stage, it has become for us an image in which colors and shapes speak about the feelings and sentiments of those who lived this period and beyond, in an attempt to piece together what remains of our civilian life.

I grabbed a leaf and began to contemplate it. I marveled at God's power in this simple creature. I remembered that it contained everything I had studied in botany in the College of Agriculture. Plants and water are two basic pillars of life on our planet Earth, and these vital elements reflect the wonders of creation and creativity in the natural world. They are It carries within it many lessons and lessons that we can benefit from, starting with the descent of water into the earth. Everything in the earth is capable of germination. The earth contains many inhabitant organisms - fungi, algae, mosses, ferns, plant seeds, rhizomes, vines, tubers, and their bulbs. Life creeps into the soil and the organisms that In it, life began to dismantle the soil grains, like worms that dig tunnels by swallowing quantities of closely packed soil and expelling it loosely, increasing its size. With the descent of water, the seed embryo is activated from a state of rest to a state of germination, and the plant is formed, and the roots grow downwards, and the stem and the green part upwards, and from it the plant of everything is formed. Green leaves are what they are. Except for an organic food plant. Plants that contain chlorophyll (which is the green substance) are known as autotrophs, because they can convert mineral or inorganic substances into organic substances. In fact, they are the only organisms that have this ability, while the rest of the living organisms, including humans and animals. It does not have this ability, and therefore it depends in its life on the green plant to be nourished by the organic materials that the plant produces, and therefore it is called non-autotrophic organisms. The leaf begins to manufacture starch and turns into the sugar needed to obtain energy, and the excess sugar is stored in the various parts of the plant, to Man obtains the sugar made by the plant in its leaves, so huge factories are established to extract sugar from the plant. One day I visited the sugar factory in Nag Hamad, which extracts sugar from sugar cane. I noticed that the whole country is working for this factory, and the railway lines extend for several kilometers to deliver the production of the cane fields to the factory, and I said, Glory be to God, sugar is made in a small plant leaf and huge factories are built to extract it. It is God's power that this leaf produces everything from clothing, food, and drink, and from the green trees it produces fire, oil stored in the earth, and what animals produce. Milk and meat depending on the fodder plants produced by the green leaf of the plant, and even the oxygen we breathe in and the exhaled carbon dioxide we exhale. Glory be to God; our lives and the lives of creatures depend on the green leaf.Everything is in the words of God Almighty: "So, we brought forth with it the growth of all things, and from it We brought forth greenness, from which We produce." ...It includes everything that concerns humans regarding the means of life, including food, whether for plants or animals, clothing, medicine, what maintains human health, fuel, drink, and oxygen.
