His teacher understands and quickly gives him the support he needs to ask for help. Even when the worst happens Tom copes well. He also makes a new friend called Jack and they enjoy building together. His first day turns out to be fun and a great success. Mary Barclay is a retired Nursery Teacher and enjoys sharing stories and illustrations based on her experience with pre-school children aged 3-5 years. She lives on the West Coast of Scotland and is a mother and grandmother. She is married to Dave and they enjoy caravan holidays and travelling around Scotland together. Mary desires to write wholesome family stories that can be read at home and in school.
