All seven volumes of My Little Devotional Books are designed with you the reader in mind. Each book is laid out by weeks as opposed to the traditional daily formats. If you have a small group you meet with weekly this format could work well as an icebreaker to open up the meeting for discussions about the selected scripture text. If you can spend time to read daily that's great! But if you want to go at a slower pace and spend time with a text until you have gleaned from it everything you desire or need, that's great too.

An autobiography about taking the smallest opportunities in living and making a life. My parents may possibly have desired to make a whole loaf of cornbread with their crumbs from the master's table. But in my opinion, they only ended up with half a loaf. From that half of a loaf from my parents, my brothers and I were then expected to make our own cornbread.

From the Introduction: For all those reading this, God loves you too. This book came about in response to God nudging me to be at-one with Him. These days it doesn't take much to get me distracted from my time with God. Every morning I wake up it feels like a set-up from God to get my attention. So now He has it. And I am answering His call to write this book about one of the abiding things that has kept me thus far, PRAYER.
