A work in progress is a collection of poems by Kristen Moody. Kristen was a social worker by trade and writes about what it is like to be a helper struggling with her own insecurities and mental illness. These works take the reader on a journey to see in the mind of mental illness and navigating life in general. Kristen currently devoted her time to self-care and creating a life worth living.
