Americans have lost the concept of good manners. Most of us do "what is right in our own eyes." We don't give others proper respect. We treat others as though we are nobles and everyone else is a peasant. We have all heard stories of these same attitudes from the 18th century. While there were many who acted arrogantly toward the lower classes, such behavior was considered ill-mannered. Using George Washington's Rules of Civility and Antoine de Courtin's Rules of Civility from which Washington copied his rules, I have shown how little manners have changed. Many of these rules have a Scriptural basis. I want to bring back the art of etiquette because of its basis in the Bible. Good manners show the love of our neighbor that Christ commanded. Christians, above all others, should have the best manners because "he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him." (1 John 4:16)

  • - The Truth about the Gnostic Gospels

Learn how we got the books of the Bible. There were prophets who proved they were from God by performing miracles and making localized predictions with one hundred percent accuracy. Their long range predictions were then recorded in the sixty-six books of the Bible. We can know this for a fact because over fifty of those long range prophecies have come to pass since the nation of Israel was reborn in AD 1948. The ancient church fathers teach the Gnostic gospels were demonically inspired. They contain no prophecy and their teachings contradict the teachings of the prophetically proven Word of God. In some cases the church fathers record which cults wrote which gnostic books and why they are to be considered heresy. The demonic Gnostic gospels teach reincarnation, that there are multiple gods, and that humans are divine. They teach that the use of sorcery is imperative for salvation. The Bible clearly teaches that there is only one God. We do not have a spark of God in us, nor are we evolving into gods. It also teaches that the use of sorcery is a sin that will damn people to an eternal hell, and that everyone will die only once, physically resurrect, and be judged. The Gnostic gospels are summarized in their own chapters showing why these are truly demonic gospels!Brought to you by Biblefacts Ministries, biblefacts.org

The ancient church fathers documented their struggle with the rebellion of the bishops of Rome. They recorded the heresies that crept into the Roman Catholic Church and their subsequent rebuke of those Roman bishops, or popes. The first section will give a detailed history of Rome from AD 50 to the modern times. The second section will deal with some ancient prophecies about the rise and fall of papal Rome. The third section deals directly with some of the major divisive issues created by the Roman Catholic Church. Such as: papal infallibility, idolatry, sorcery, transubstantiation, celibacy, purgatory, etc. The true origin of these doctrinal heresies are the Gnostic cults of the first and second century.Quotes from the church fathers can be read in their entirety in the ten volume set of Ante-Nicene Fathers, and summarized in Ancient Church Fathers.

Despite vast distances apart from each other, giant language barriers, drastically different religious beliefs, and other significant interferences in cultural interactions; societies across the globe inexplicably have told stories of mythical creatures such as dragons, aliens, vampires, and more. It would seem human beings are hardwired to react a given way to certain character types. Psychologist, Carl Jung, called these primordial icons "archetypes." It was his belief we inherit our reaction to archetypes much as we do with certain basic instincts. He also believed these archetypes carried a given metaphorical meaning or, better stated, an allegory.Since that time, writers have used this knowledge of character archetypes, and their corresponding allegories, to create a literary, and even cinematic, shorthand to create relatable stories.A Quick Guide to Archetypes & Allegory helps writers to better understand and capitalize on this knowledge. With this quick, handy reference guide you can make your stories more relatable and appealing to your targeted audience. This Quick Guide will help show you how to get from good to exceptional!

This is a short book on basic cosmology designed for the reader with little or no prior knowledge of the subject. Starting with simple physics it moves on to discuss the universe, relativity, time, basic particle theory, quantum mechanics and the possibility of a multi-universe. The book employs simplifications of complex topics, and is quite concise. It is written in an informal style and uses simple analogies along with twelve diagrams to aid the reader's understanding. Some parts are noted as being more difficult to follow than others, and thus may be omitted or left for later reading. The possibility of a multi-universe is explored in the last chapter and is treated in a positive way, using simple ideas introduced in the previous chapters. The book is written by a physics lecturer with a strong interest in Cosmology.
