I have gone through hell and back. I was really stuck in darkness. Many people were aware what was going on in my home. I was so caught up in fear and anger that I gave myself permission to be abuse. I blamed myself for all the horrible things that was going on. A grown man brain washed me to believe that he was the only one who could take care of me and for a long time that was true. I stayed quiet for many years. You donít have to. What got me thru the many years of silence was finding faith. My faith was all I had. I learned that not everything last forever. There is hope.
