Questa condizione ha conseguenze sia nell'infanzia, come problemi ortopedici e respiratori, sia nell'età adulta, con l'insorgenza di ipertensione e diabete. In questo contesto, la famiglia e la scuola svolgono un ruolo fondamentale nel garantire una corretta alimentazione del bambino e nel sensibilizzarlo all'importanza di uno stile di vita sano. L'obiettivo principale di questo studio è analizzare i fattori legati all'obesità infantile e il punto di vista dei caregiver in relazione a questo problema nei bambini da 0 a 5 anni.

L'obésité infantile, maladie chronique d'étiologie multifactorielle, se caractérise par un excès de tissu adipeux dans l'organisme et peut se manifester dès la première année de vie. Cette condition a des conséquences dans l'enfance, comme des problèmes orthopédiques et respiratoires, et à l'âge adulte, avec l'apparition de l'hypertension et du diabète. Dans ce contexte, la famille et l'école jouent un rôle fondamental en veillant à la bonne alimentation de l'enfant et en le sensibilisant à l'importance d'un mode de vie sain. L'objectif principal de cette étude est d'analyser les facteurs liés à l'obésité infantile et le point de vue du personnel soignant par rapport à cette problématique chez les enfants de 0 à 5 ans.

Dieser Zustand hat Folgen in der Kindheit, wie orthopädische und respiratorische Probleme, und im Erwachsenenalter, mit dem Auftreten von Bluthochdruck und Diabetes. In diesem Zusammenhang spielen die Familie und die Schule eine grundlegende Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der richtigen Ernährung des Kindes und bei der Sensibilisierung für die Bedeutung einer gesunden Lebensweise. Das Hauptziel dieser Studie ist die Analyse der Faktoren, die mit der Fettleibigkeit bei Kindern in Zusammenhang stehen, und der Sichtweise der Betreuungspersonen in Bezug auf dieses Thema bei Kindern im Alter von 0 bis 5 Jahren.

Childhood obesity, a chronic disease with a multifactorial etiology, is characterised by excess adipose tissue in the body and can manifest itself from the first year of life. This condition has consequences in childhood, such as orthopaedic and respiratory problems, and in adulthood, with the onset of hypertension and diabetes. In this context, the family and the school play a fundamental role in ensuring the child's proper nutrition and in raising awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The main aim of this study is to analyse the factors related to childhood obesity and the caregiver's point of view in relation to this issue in children aged 0 to 5.
