In a secret parallel world to Atlanta Georgia, a group of shape-shifting humans trains to combat alien werewolf-like warriors, Morois, and dragons in the virtual reality, Great Game. The game was created by the alien Dariens to help humans combat the evil, alien Siguldian Empire. Word arrives at the Darien-4 space station that the Siguldians have invaded the planet, Darien. The Siguldian forces under the Dracon, Mehrak Dracu, consist of Moroi warriors and dragons, supported by a larger number of Yerboli serfs. The peaceful Darien's need help. Gareth Owen and Mariska Gabor, are sent to the planet Darien in the Orion Nebula to mount a guerilla warfare attempt to oust the Siguldians. Mariska will take the lead because, on Darien, females are the hunters. The Moroi, General Azamat, is frustrated by the incompetent Dracu in his efforts to prevent the rebellion. Will Mariska and Gareth succeed in freeing Darien.

Fazira realizes that Stanley has broken into the Dracon communication system and adopts a Yerbol shape to meet him. She lures him to a museum. There is a mutual attraction, and she joins Azamat. Will thir combined forces be able to overcome Sigismund?

He is using the remake of an absurd movie, "Alien Ghost Riders of the Purple Mesa," to get close to the DOE's Pantex nuclear weapons facility.
