My story-this book-comes your way in two sections. The first section tells of my life in the business world and the successes I encountered along the way. I believe it is a story filled with hope for the future. Not just for my future but for that of anybody who is willing to put in enough work and take whatever risks are necessary to grow and overcome challenges in their lives. The second section moves in a different, more sobering direction. It takes a close look at the economic and social forces today that threaten to cripple such personal initiatives, often in the name of some perceived higher social good. You could think of the first part as my life story and the second part as my argument for preserving those conditions that made my story possible.
